Leafpelt sat down and somehow convinced Shaefeather to let him adress her wounds.
Nightstar nodded. "But, what they catch goes for our Clan."
"Leafpelt, I'm ok, really!" Shaefeather pleaded, "That's not what your wounds say." Shaefeather sighed.

"Alright" Greenstar said "but the same goes here". At that moment the patrol returned with 3 mice and a thrush. They put their catch in the kill pile and Greenstar picked up a squirrel and dropped it next to the Mossclan food pile and said "Thats your kill pile". Sootfur called out "The next hunting patrol with be Silverheart,Liontail,Blackfoot, and Bluepaw, and what you catch goes to your own clan" she sent them off with the flick of her tail and started thinking about the next hunting patrol. Dreameyes nodded at her fellow medicine cats and said i'm going to get more herbs" then she was off.

Bluepaw and Blackfoot went off hunting. Bluepaw caught a squirrel and burried it, then went after another one. Blackfoot caught a bird and did the same.

Nightstar went over to Greenstar. "Greenstar, we need to talk. What if the twolegs don't leave and we have to? We need to figure out what way to go and/or where to go."

Winterpaw went up to random cats in either Clan to help with their wounds.She thought of how her sister feels, having to hunt and for now live among the Clan that she 'really really doesn't like' she laughed alittle at this.

Greenstar sighed and said "My deputy used to be a loner so she knows every corner of anyplace you could find. She told me about a nice place with plenty of prey very far away from two-legs and with no other cats. Ask Sootfur for more. I can't even explain it"

Silverheart trotted over to the river in their territory and scooped out several fish. Liontail did the same, and before long, they had enough fish to last one cat a moon. Liontail Looked at The Nightclan cats and said "Its time for your deputy to take over and the next patrol to come out". He picked up half of the fish and started back to camp, followed by Silverheart, carring the rest of the fish. They dropped them in the Mossclan kill pile and picked out something for them to eat as well as every other Mossclan cat

Blackfoot and Bluepaw went back to the camp each with 3 squirells and a vole or too, Blackfoot also had a few birds. They put their catch in the NightClan kill pile. "Bluepaw, Lionclaw, and I will go on the next patrol." She said, and they left to go hunting while the MossClan cats ate.

Nightstar nodded and went over to Leafpelt. "Oh, Nightstar! I need to check you're wounds!" Leafpelt said, and before Nightstar could say anything he was already going over his wounds.

Sootfur yawned and went into the warriors den. Greenstar had told her to make extra beds for the Nightclan cats so she patted down several more beds and ran to Greenstar's den. "Do you need anything else Greenstar?" She asked. Greenstar looked at her and said "The Nightstar that he will sleep in the warriors den tonight". Sootfur nodded and rushed off to tell Nightstar.

The patrol came back with alot of squirrels, voles, and mice. They put it all in the NightClan pile. Everyone came and got a piece of fresh kill. Bluepaw got two and brought one to Sandpelt, who was already in the nursery. Winterpaw brought her a mouse and Leafpelt a squirrel.
Nightstar looked at Sootfur, "Is there anything you need?" He asked, wondering why she was rushing over to him. Most cats had already gone to the appropriate dens, but Nightstar liked being the last to go in for the night.

Sandpelt cleaned her kits. They looked like they didn't know what was going on, the poor things. Only a day old and already suffering through this.

"Greenstar wanted me to tell you that she wants you to sleep in the warriors den until we build a proper den" Sootfur said calmley, "and she also said you were worrying about the two-legs, but don't worry. We've been ready for this for many moons. I know of the perfect place. Anyway you have to sleep with the warrior's tonight" Waiting for an answer.

Nightstar nodded. "Ok." Was all he could pretty much say, he would deny worrying about the twolegs but then he'd be lying. He went into the warriors den and laid down in a nest. He got in the only one available that was near his Clan, it was between Shaefeather and Lionclaw.

Sootfur followed him into the den and counted all of her warriors. Everyone was there so she took a place in her bed between Graystripe and Silverheart. Graystripe whispered something in her ear that made her giggle and she whispered it to Silverheart so she giggled too. They stopped laughing and fell asleep.
