A blue and white she-wolf looked up. She heard otheer wolves. She got up and followed the sound of the wolves, she had heard. She hoped they were friendly.....

Akila smiled at Ken's friendliness. When Shero spoke, she was surprised. Had he mentioned that before? she wondered when he spoke about his pack. "My father was killed by one of those beasts that was chasing us now," she added solemnly to the conversation. She wondered if she should tell Ken about her father being a dog, but she decided against it for now. Instead, she said, "I've never known the life of a pack wolf. I only lived with my mother for two years. I've been living alone for about half a year."

Raye looked at Shero, Lina, and Ken with a sad expression. "Really? I feel bad that everyone here has lost someone special, yet I haven't..." She kept quiet for a few seconds. "Perhaps we should get something to eat now," Raye said. She looked at Lina and decided that if someone was going to hunt Lina shouldn't go. She looked at Shero. Raye wanted to talk to him, about who'd be alpha. She decided that this wasn't the right moment,and perhaps if she had the chance, she'd talk to him after breakfast.

"Oh!" Lina said, rising abruptly, "I can go get food if you'd like. Don't worry about my head too much, it just got bashed up when I hit that tree out there. I was running way too fast in the darkness. I should have been more careful," she said laughing a bit. "Will anyone else want to go with me? Maybe we can get a deer. Actually, i think that's the only thing big enough to sustain a group this big!" She added.

Lina smiled. "Alright then!" she said, "We should go soon before the..." Lina paused, "Wait. Is it safe to go out there? What if the Dewolf is still hanging around, waiting for us to come out?" she asked, flattening her ears at the scary thought.
