Amaya continued to pull the elk back to camp with Char. Once they reached the entrance, with Vasco still on its flank, Lupen saw them and quickly got up and trotted over to them. "Need help?" he laughed, taking hold of the bull elk's throat.

Shayna was secretly watching them hunt the elk and drag it back to their camp. She was surprised at how strong they were, considering how small they seemed to be. She wasn't all that much bigger, of course, but Likkard and the others were. There wasn't any wind to blow her scent towards them, so she stayed behind a tree and continued to watch them silently. She saw the raven she had met earlier, and remembered his words, 'Everyone has a choice,'
She sighed and remembered that he also told her that if she wanted to help the wolves she'd have to come into the camp and meet them. Or, she could go back to her pack. The raven had called them murderous, and murderous they were.
---------------------------------------------
Damion was laying on a large rock in his pack's territory when he thought of Shayna, where was she?
He narrowed his eyes and stood up, as beta of the pack - at least for now - it was his duty to watch the pups and yearlings, and keep them in line. He bared his teeth a bit in frustration, wanting to relax a bit, but especially with Shayna being the 'white one', his whole pack would murder him if anything happened to her.
He leaped off the rock and landed on the dirt in front of him with a thud, he shook off and stalked into the woods, then broke into a run. He was after all, one of the fastest, and he could run for a mile without panting. His muscles flexed as he pumped his legs harder and harder, running faster and faster. Within fifteen to twenty minutes he caught her scent, he slowed to a trot. He finally found her, and noticed she was looking at the camp where the wolves lived. He walked up behind her and growled. She yelped in surprise and turned around quickly, and as soon as she saw it was Damion she put her tail between her legs and lowered her body closer to the ground. Her ears were flat against her skull. She was a lot weaker than him, and didn't dare try and upset him.
"Why the he** are you out here, pup?" Damion snarled, "With wolves?" he glared, his tail was raised and the fur on his back was bristling with the mention of wolves.
"I-I... I uh..." she stuttered, "I just came upon this p-place and I was in awe, I just saw the wolves n-now... I didn't know it'd upset y-you..."
Damion growled and slashed the side of her face with his giant paw, leaving two bloody gashes on her cheek. She yelped and fell to the ground from the sudden blow.
Damion growled and slowly stalked over to her side, "Don't you dare lie to me."
Shayna quivered, then suddenly jumped to her feet and ran towards the camp.
Damion growled fiercily, "I don't care if the color of your pelts white," he roared, "You disobey me and you're dead!"
-----------------------------------
Amaya dropped the leg and looked towards the forest, "Did you hear that?" she said, her fur bristling slightly, "I heard a voice, it sounded like Damion..." she hissed, "and a she-wolf's voice."
