(( Bored so I'll rp alone xD ))
Lupen was sitting by the tree when he overheard what they were talking about. He shook his head and stood, looking up at the sky, "I haven't been in a pack for a year... and I've never been assigned a rank. When I was in a pack, I was a pup." he whispered to himself, then walked over to the stream and took a drink, "Amaya is the perfect alpha female, not just 'cause she's my sister, but because she is strong, dominant, and smart. Not to mention being able to stand up to dewolves just fine, and a leader can't be a curl-tail towards dewolves. Can't always run away from battles with them. Of course, she can't help but be a bit afraid, but she will stand up to one any day." He sighed and sat down by the trickling water and the occasional splash of a fish jumping out of the water and diving back in. He took a deep breath, "I guess I could be a good beta, and I have heard of a few packs - it's uncommon, but has happened before - thats had two to three betas." He looked at the ground, "Must be hard for Amaya, despite not acting like it, she does really care about Char. She also cares about Ghost a bit too..." he layed down and groaned a bit, as if feeling his sister's feelings, "This is sure going to be tough. Three wolves fit to be betas so far, but theres still Memory, wonder what rank she'll be? Maybe just no rank." he laughed a bit, "It'd be easier if there was no beta rank..."
He turned and looked at the group chatting and whispered, "Alpha female, Amaya. Alpha male, Char... Healer, Starpelt. Betas... who knows... guess its up to the future alphas." He said, his eyes on his two predicted alphas.

Nobody noticed, but Vasco had left as well. He was flying above Ice, following him, and saw the white wolf. Nobody knew she was a dewolf, though. He swooped down in a tree above the white wolf and cawed, "He's part dewolf, if you're wondering. Big, isn't he?"
Shayna looked up, startled, she didn't know birds could talk, "I... Uh..." she stuttered, "I thought he was a dewolf... because I am..." she said slowly, "And I knew he wasn't in our pack. Just came to uh... investigate...". They spoke quietly enough that Ice, who was about fifteen feet away, couldn't hear.
Vasco ruffled his feathers and cocked his head, "You're a dewolf?"
Shayna narrowed her eyes, "Yes, why?"
"Well, for one you're a bit on the small side," he paused as Shayna snarled, "And I've never seen a white dewolf."
Shayna glared, "I'm rare. A white dewolf means victory, its a sign us dewolves'll win."
Vasco ruffled his feathers again, "Maybe, but only if the white dewolf wants to fight the wolves. Wants to exterminate them."
Shayna snarled, "What?"
"I've seen you around, not that I knew you were a dewolf, but I could tell you wanted to go and talk to my wolf friends. You seemed to be fascinated by them. You don't want to kill wolves. You want to meet them. Maybe, you mean victory for wolves, not dewolves."
Shayna looked away, "You don't know what you're talking about..."
"Oh, I think I do." he squawked.
