Kyra soared high into the air, rising on a thermal, her polished wings positively shining. She couldn't see the raven anymore, so she flew higher into the clouds so she could look down on the world.

Talon picked the bones off his hare clean, then flew to his nest up on the top of ta sycamore tree.

Feral noticed a mouse hopping below and glided closer. He outstretched his talons and caught the mouse easily. He flew up to a tall tree and sat at the top to watch the terrain below.

Kyra saw the carcass of a faun and tightened her circles, coming down closer and closer. She perched lightly on a nearby tree, and watched the ravens and carrion birds pick away at it. Fluffing up her wings she dive bombed at them, sending them scattering in all directions. Smiling to herself, she began to feed heartily.

Talon tossed the bones of the hare to the ground and flew into the air. He sighed, wondering if there was any other bird around here that he could talk to. Odd, that despite there being so many he hadn't seen a single other red-tailed hawk.
