Shasta ran, right behind Melody. She jumped and attacked the buck, biting its leg and making it fall.She watched so that she could see Melody to finish it off. She held on to the buck's leg.

Melody shifted her jaws on the artery and bit, met by the salty taste of blood. She let go and smiled at Shasta, "Thanks" She said as the buck bled out.

"No problem."Shasta said as she grabbed the deer's leg and started dragging it across the field and towards camp.

"Sure," Melody smiled, "But lets get the kill back first." She said starting to drag the buck.

Melody dragged the buck back, returned to Shade and smiled. "Where do you want to go?" She asked.
