She stiffened up, poofing into dust. A black wolf walked up to Comet "Good one...you killed her..."

"What?? How?" Comet asked, jerking himself up. He started to cry silently, his only love was dead.

The black wolf looked at him "When they get emotional, thats what they do...dissapear, so they dont hurt the ones they love...that is what hawk did...." the black wolf was Bone. "I was trying to tell you...you didnt listen..that was one of your problems, a reason why hawk would leave. You have to think like her if you want her.." he dissapeared.

Comet barely heard Bone. "Not...again...Someone...Kill...Me..." He said, sniffling in between each word. He got up, and started to limp toward the gorge and the over-flowed river in it.

Hailey and kid had broken up, but stayed friends, yet the world was different for them...

Comet finally limped his way to the gorge. He stood on the very edge, the top of his paws hanging off. A dull blue tears trickled off his face and dropped into the swirling, black water. He closed his eyes, and let his life pass before him. Before he could finish, the edge of the gorge broke off where he was standing. Stunned, he fell straight down, his head hitting a massive rock sticking out of the gorge wall. He plunged into the black water. Water filled his eyes, mouth, nose, and lungs.

Comet opened his eyes under the water, and tried swimming up. A blast of water shot him under again. He swam to the top, and swam under toward the shore. Suddenly, and strong blast of water pushed him up against the gorge wall.
