"We ate about half of it." Magic said with a little laugh, just realizing how much they had really gorged themselves. Funniest thing was she was starting to get hungry again, really she hadn't stopped getting hungry. She ignored it for now, she could wait till lunch to help Kurama hunt something down. She could feel him combing her coat, she loved having him close to her, it felt so right and so perfect. They were mates now, they got to be close all the time... well as long as the pack gave them time.

Knight shrugged, knowing he had found the weak spot in Pan's trust. Heartbreak hadn't spoken of his sister, at least not much and especially not ow what happened after her death. Neither of the siblings ever spoke of her. "I don't know about the rest of the pack but he seems to harbour a well nourished hate for me. I don't know where you were at the moment but he's tackled me more than once." he said in a matter-of-fact tone.

{I seriously doubt things will, but I'll get over it. He was just a crush and I honestly hold nothing against him for saying that he wasn't going. I just wish that I had had the presence of mind at the time to have asked him why. XD }

Kurama laughed along. "Yeah,I know, we did didn't we?" He said before continuing to groom her beautiful pelt. "After I'm done grooming you, would you like to go hunting for something else with me again?" He asked her, wanting to see if she was hungry still after they had eaten so much from the deer they'd taken down earlier that morning.

((Don't beat yourself up over it. Everyone has those 'I should have said this' or 'I should have asked that' moments, you can't change the past so why beat yourself up over it?))

Magic gave a little smile, she hoped the pack enjoyed it, she hadn't been hunting in a while, it was fun. "I'd love to go hunting." she knew she probably sounded like a pig right now, she didn't understand how she could be so hungry, they had just eaten. She wagged her tail as Kurama groomed her, she hoped it didn't annoy him, but she just wagged her tail when she was happy, which was a lot.

{You're right, of course, it's my first time experiencing heartbreak so it hurts me quite a bit. As they say, the first cut is the deepest. I think I'm taking it rather well. XD }

Kurama chuckled. "Alright, we'll go hunting then." He said, smiling even though she probably couldn't see it. Her wagging tail didn't bother him at all, so he didn't say anything about it. He quickly, but thoroughly groomed her, finishing to find it had gotten later in the afternoon. They'd be going back to be with the pack tonight, it was a sobering thought, but he pushed it aside. "Alright hun, are you ready to go?" He asked her. "Do you want to hunt for something big or small?"

{I wish that we could get more members, especially because we need a new alpha and beta for the Eclipse Pack. XD }

((I could make an Alpha or beta...though I'm not sure if that would help with the members issue... I've been meaning to make and Eclipse dog called Viper for a while now...

Magic got back to her feet, sticking close to Kurama's side. She loved to be near him, she wouldn't get to for a while once they got back to the pack. She didn't want to go back. She loved it being just the two of them so much more than having a bunch of other dogs crowded around, and having jobs to do. "Maybe a couple small things? Rabbits?" she suggested, still struggling not to sound greedy or anything.

XD For a second I was wondering what song you were referring to and then I realized you were talking about that "First Cut Is The Deepest" song. XD And yes, I did notice, but I'm alright with it, so am I. When I come back from dinner, I'll RP back. }

"Regardless of what her mother said, apprentices are not to leave camp without a warrior, and pups are not to leave camp at all. Tsk. She really should know that," he said, ignorning the little dog's rude behavior towards him. "But, what's done is done; I suppose I'll just have to accompany the two of you. But really ... why does the pup need to leave camp? I highly doubt that she's a skilled huntress or anything of that sort."

Pangaea growled quietly to herself as she listened to Knight. A violent warrior would not make a good beta. At all. But if not Heartbreak ... who would she choose?
"I'm sorry that he's treated you that way ... but why?" she asked, honestly not understanding. Knight didn't seem like the kind of dog who would be the enemy of others.

Knight shrugged, this was where things got uncomfortable for him. He could easily lie and say he didn't know, but the alpha, or alpha-to-be would likely take Heartbreak's word over his. He looked down slightly as they walked. "I was meant to be his sister's mate but she went insane and I left. He blames me for her insanity." he grumbled, keeping his voice low and hard to hear.

Shiver gave Vell a look that was cool and level. "Then why don't you go on ahead and set Love Keeper Azura straight, tell her the rules, I'm sure she'll think twice when she hears them from a junior warrrior." He told him, stressing the junior part. He knew that most new warriors hated to be reminded how low their rank was when seniority was taken into account. Shiver didn't like Vell one bit, ever since he had become a warrior he'd become a stuck up and the last thing he wanted was for him to be with them.

"Rabbits and squirrels it is then!" Kurama replied, licking his mate's face. "If you're hungrier we'll hunt down something bigger if you want." He told her, wanting to make sure that she knew that they weren't by any means restricted to the small prey if she got hungrier at any point.
