daxter waited for a long time soon it was night fall and tip still hadent returned daxter looked up at the moon and howled as best as he could he wished that he was in the tree with night after a long day.

daxter sighed i miss you night he tryed to get up but he smashed into the ground then he tryed to go to sleep he had bad dreames of the bear attacking the camp and hurting all of the wolfs when daxter woke tip still hadent come back.

Night walked around smelling the ground for the packs scent

Night came across a trail of blood and followed it until she found Daxter and lay down next to him

look who found me stuck out here. daxters coat was covered with blood and he had big cuts and brouses all over him he couldnt see that well from when the bear smashed his face into the ground and both his back legs were broken. he tryed to get up but he just smashed into the ground ahhhhhhhh he yelped he gave night a lick on her cheek then told her what happend. the humans let in a bear and he's huge.

daxter was able to limp back to camp with night at his side it was a long painful journy for him when they got to the alpha tree daxter thanked her and licked her on the cheek agian.

the blood had dryed on his coat and he could not remove it now he dosent have a grey coat he has a red coat a few tiny patches of grey could still be seen but he was a strange wolf now he didn't like it but he had to live with it night was on the hunt with tip and echo he missed her but he couldn't move because of his broken legs.

daxter just laid there hour after hour he heard the other wolfs all eating togther and laughing togther daxter felt a little left out. when night returned and lay down next to him he licked her coat for her as she lay down so how was the hunt he asked any sign of the bear ?
