Adolpha rises to speak to Echo. "Oh dear, I hope you don't think me rude for leaving. I wanted to give him room to breathe, as well as giving the healers room to do what they needed to do. I just didn't want to be in the way," she smiles apologetically. "I'm just glad he is alright." She glances around at all of the dens. "Glad you like it. I like the scenery," she says, nodding to the waterfall.

Echo laughed and shook his head. "Not at all. The alpha always knows best." He bowed again to show submission. "By the way, please excuse my awful manners. I believe I forgot to introduce myself. I am Echo, and my brother's name is Etch. Maybe we can tell you the story of out arrival tonight at dinner time," he suggested, remembering the old days when his pack used to howl at the stars in the evening and tell stories.

The alpha moved away, following another wolf. Etch followed, curious to the werabouts of the stranger in the woods who they were following. His face turned white at the sight of a female bearing her pups. "Alpha! Come quick! Do you see this, or am I just imagining it?" He shook his head, astonished.

"Yes, there is a watering hole just up this hill a bit," said Clarity.She helped him get up and helped him get to it.

Ratchet heard Etch screan for Adolpha. He padded over curious, worriedly looking at Etch's white face, "Are you ok...?"

Serenity got back to the den in what seemed like an eternity. "Three's a hurt wolf in there having pups," she told the healers.

Clarity went to the entrance of the den. "We're here to help you. Are you okay?" she wanyted to let her know they were coming.

Crystal was alredy zooming ahead before they asked her, she lifted her nose to the air to catch the pregnant wolfs scent she roamed faster when she caught it, arriving by the mothers side in seconds,"Ok! Has she given birth yet at all?"

Adolpha shook her head at Crystal. "I'm not sure," she replies. "I haven't been inside the den, but she is panting and whining. I think she may also be injured in addition to her pups arriving. You may have to look at her afterwards and help her with whatever wounds she may have. She was limping when she went inside."

She chuckles as Echo speaks. "Don't worry. Your brother was injured. I know you were worried about him. It's fine. I am Adolpha. As you've probably figured out already, I'm the alpha of this valley pack. I will definitely be looking forward to hearing your stories, as soon as we make sure the female giving birth is alright to be left completely alone with her newborn pups."

She turns to Etch. "We don't want to stress her out anymore than she probably already is, poor thing. Crystal and Clarity will take good care of her." She moves away from the den, stopping to dip her muzzle into the stream for a drink. She motions for the others to follow her, so that the female inside doesn't feel crowded. "I'm glad to see you're doing better, Etch. We were worried about you there for a while, Echo especially."

Crystal nodded at Etch and Echo in welcome as she burst inside, examining the damages,"Ill need some fern leaves dipped in urine pleas!" she hollerd out the door, glancing at the mother anxiously"Its going to be all right ma'am," she comforted her.
