Ravenwing sighed softly at the new medicine cat apprentice. "She can go against them if she wanted to. She can stop believing in Starclan and never listen to you or Goldenheart. Even if she'd be kitting, she wouldn't even listen to you." Ravenwing explained as he glanced over at Heatherpaw, who swiped her paw against the ground. "I don't even think Starclan exists for her." he said with a sad sigh.

Frowning slightly Sparrowpaw glanced up at the new deputy, and away at Crookedheart who was being extremely rude. "I suppose that's why Starclan chose me. If she be jotting, and doesn't listen to me or Goldenheart she would most likely die, or the kits shall." Sparrowpaw murmured sadly. Ravenwing was right. "Shoud I go and speak to her?" she asked.

Ravenwing shrugged with a sad sigh. "You can try, but she might hurt you. Remember, she won't answer back." he whispered to her softly as he looked over at Jayflight. As he quickly gave another sigh, he slowly padded up to Silverstar's den. "Silverstar, who will assign Leafpaw and Heatherpaw their mentors?" he asked curiously, worried about the she-cats.

Jayflight growled loudly as he glanced over at Crookedpaw. "Crookedpaw!" he hissed as he unsheathed his claws. "We're going to battle train. And I'll need to ask you something while we're in the hollow." Jayflight said with a smirk as he turned around, beckoning for his apprentice to follow.

Silverstar smiled at her Clan's celebrating. Her eyes drifted over Jayflight and she frowned slightly, but didn't pursue the matter. Turning to Ravenwing, she replied "I will assign their mentors tomorrow." She lowered her voice "And don't worry, I shall take special care as to who will mentor them. I know Heatherpaw is....touchy."

Goldenheart gave the Clan a gentle smile then, aided by Silverstar, climbed down from High Rock. He sat I. The shade under the Rock, watching the festivities with a small smile on his face. He searched for Leafpaw and Heatherpaw, hoping they weren't hurting from Starclan's choice. It was their destiny to become brave warriors, and they should follow it with great courage and pride.

Dreamkit sat in a shadowy corner of the Nursery. Her eyes flickered over to Flashkit and her heart fluttered. She silently cursed herself. Cats like yourself do not fall in love! She yelled to herself. A tiny voice whispered It is too late for that, isn't it?

Flashkit noticed Dreamkit, and padded over to her. "Hey..." He mewed, unsure of how to start the conversation.

Leafpaw spotted Crookedpaw leaving with Jayflight, and she smiled. She caught Crookedpaw's eye and winked, laughing on the inside at herself, and how she was acting.

Frostkit let out a sigh of relief as the fight ended, and laid down, her tail curled over her tiny paws. She noticed Bumblekit talking to Wolfkit, and thought, He's so brave to be standing up to such a bully...

Ravenwing nodded to his leader, before giving a curt nod. "Especially Heatherpaw, she'll bite her mentor's tail off if they'd argue with her." he mused as he knew Heatherpaw would do that. She was always peeking in the medicine cat den as a kit, smelling the herbs. But that dream was broken, and could be no more.

Dreamkit jumped slightly as Flashkit talked to her. She quickly composed herself and gave him a dazzling smile. "Hey" She said, her voice slightly flirtatious. "That was cool, how you defended me." Love is a weakness She snapped at herself.

Silverstar laughed. "Indeed. And there isn't anything that says she cannot help out Goldenheart, I don't want her to be unhappy.." Her beautiful face crinkled with worry.

Ravenwing nodded in agreement. "Even if she doesn't get the mentor she wanted, she'll have to live with it." he added with a small sigh and curt nod. But before he left the den, he turned his head to her. "Maybe you should be one of their mentors. When was the last time you mentored an apprentice?" he asked in a rhetorical question as he turned his head, and slwoly padded out of her den.

She is small for her age, but yet she is still a well-trained and cunning apprentice, don't get outsmarted by her. She is a very fast, and swift apprentice since she is so small, and light.
