Tevron sat back on his muscled haunches, silently watching the pup, all his actions. He was hungry, alone. yes, he was young, smaller than the rest of the WOIs, but he had potential. he was brave, proud, the power lurked beneath his fur. he just needed that chance to show it, to release it and realise what he could truly do, what he could amount to.
"I am Tevron, I have no parents. I grew up without them and learnt to fend for myself at a young age." His majestic, golden dappled head dropped sadly, "And everything I ever loved is gone, my mate..she's gone." The full weight of his loss swelled and crashed down on him. Tevron winced, the pain was too much, it was hard to bear, if only it could end.
But the pain also triggered a seething fury within, a fury agianst himself, the world, fate. For the mistakes he'd made, the choices, the desicions, the consequinces. He straightened up, seeming to swell with size, a dim spark of the memory of the courageous fire inside, the strong will to fight, to deafeat and claim what was his. Claim back the life he had, the fear he struck in the helpless hearts of his enemies. he wanted it, he wanted it bad.
Tevron stood up, stepping forward. "Where is your family, your loved ones?" he said, eyeing the pup, not fierce nor in fear, a slight sneer in his question however, pitying the pup? Pitying him for having something he could lose so easily?

Mikro sighed and looked up at Tevron, "So many losses." He whispered. Just light enough so Tevron could hear him. "I don't really know. They don't care about me that much. So I...I sort of, just left them." I want to start fresh." Mikro ended with a strong, and proud bark. "They don't care," He went on, "They only like the big ones, the ones they they KNOW can be strong. The ones that will fight proudly... yet, the little guy doesn't get a chance." Mikro could feel a small tear sliding down his check. He turned so Tevron couldn't see it. "I...I would fight proudly, and show all those 'bigger' WoI that I am better." Mikro snarled and bit into a branch. He spit it on the ground and snarled at it. Then slowly turned his gaze up to Tevron, "You can see why know one likes me, I have a bad temper." Mikro sighed and let his head hang low, "Someone told me once, after I failed at training, that a WoI must be patient and never freak out like I did." Mikro closed his eyes so Tevron couldn't see how moist they were getting. He covered his paws with his tail, "Maybe I would be better off dead?" Mikro's eyes meet Tevron's. He looked into him for advice, and help. "You, you are an amazing WoI, how come your so...," Mirko searched for the right word. One that wouldn't hurt his feelings, or making him made, or sad. But he couldn't think of anything. "your so...lost?"

a k i a t e r i n e

Smiling and fluffing out her fur a bit to retain the warmth of Zephyr's touch, her attention was brought back to the present by Dax as he accepted another apprentice, his nephew by the sound of it, into their little group. She turned her eyes to Katniss and Xerxes, smiling shyly at the other teens. Akia opened her mouth to greet them, but her voice caught in her throat, as if all of her confidence had been used up by her relative extroversive acts.

Closing her mouth again, Akiaterine glanced around, unsure what to say, other than her name, but they probably already knew it. Her mind was drawing a complete blank on what to say, so the dull indigo fae just shifted her weight nervously and waited for one of the other teens to say something. In the span of a few seconds, Akiaterine had unconsciously retreated inside of her head, reverting into a comfortable and personal silence. Her turquoise eyes took on a partially glasslike appearance, and she appeared either deep in thought or completely empty-minded. In some ways, she was a bit of both.

At first glance, she looked as if she we're zoning out, but if one were to see out of her eyes, they would be overloaded with tiny details all around her, unable to process the astonishing amount of input coming in through her eyes and ears. For Akia herself, this was completely normal. She was used to experiencing all of the details in the world around her. In this state, however, she was severely detached from certain other aspects of her environment, other WoI in particular.

((nyyeh. I zone out like that all the time))

Achilles
Again and again Achilles felt himself become tempted to go after Fireflight. The opportunity drifted further and further away with each passing second, and soon would be gone. But he stayed strong, for her sake as well as his own. If he took her as an apprentice there's no way he'd be able to critique her, he'd let his affections get the better of himself. And the whole point of being a mentor was for him to point out her mistakes, though he was so infatuated he couldn't see any. Besides, if he took her as his apprentice, she'd most definitely never get out of his head and he didn't think the pack could handle a constantly love drunk Achilles.
Achilles had noticed that Khantor wasn't in camp, and shook his head with a snort. Last he saw the young brutish male he had been in the lovely company of Kaliza. Khantor, your going to miss the whole training session at this rate! he thought to himself disappointedly. He couldn't understand it. Khantor was so emotionless outwardly all the time, yet he always let his emotions get the better of him. It was one of the traits Achilles contrasted with his adopted brother, and it was one of the aspects of Khantor that most bugged him. His tail flicked irritably as he drifted off in thought, ears pricking when Zephyr approached.

"Hey," he intoned, as he approached the brute, eyes sparkling with surpressed horror and excitement. "We were told we should find the warrior ourselves, not the other way around," he explained simply, not bothering with decorations or fashionable small talk. He shrugged, smiling coyly at Achilles. "Are you taking on anymore apprentices, or any at all, rather?" he asked, voice hinting with curiosity at the possible aspect of him joining Achilles in training.

He could sense the teens anxiety, and grinned, having experienced a mutual feeling. Getting up Achilles nodded to Zephyr, his gaze bright as sunlight bathed his beige pelt, emphasizing his beautifully compact and dense muscle structure. Achilles main talents lay as a warrior, and though he had observed others in battle and learned every move, he had left much of his potential for altercation untapped. Instead he had chosen to excel as a hunter, which based off of his bulky physical appearance was quite obviously not his strength. But through perseverance he managed to attain a formidable position amongst the pack, and has proven to be a decent hunter. Khantor had often nagged his brother about how he had refused to indulge in the study of warfare, arguing he would have made a much more impressive warrior had he taken the interest. But, seeing as battling had never really appealed much to Achilles he never really wanted to be a warrior. However, he knew every move, every motion that he had been taught off my by heart, and when enraged often put on impressive displays when fighting. He would definitely make for a good mentor, especially taking into account his increased intelligence. "That I am, feel free to join me Zephyr." he said, glancing towards the wood. He didn't know how many apprentices he would take, but most definitely no more than three. He wasn't fond of the idea of having several apprentices. He'd much rather focus on a few and have them better trained than waste his time training multiple teens all at once.

Katniss -

I turned around to see where Alysdair was standing, noticing he was still to find a mentor. If he didn't find a mentor soon.. Clenching my teeth, I turned to Dax. My brown eyes wheren't common, in the rainbow of colors that infected the eyes of the WoI. The color of the ground that the blue foliage sprouted from. They looked at Dax with a certain bravery of my own. "Darzek, I'm sorry for speaking out of turn.. I know the maximum number of apprentices is usually three, but Alysdair needs a mentor, and I would be greatful if you could take him in too." I said, not stopping for a second to hesitate, for it would only cause me to look like a fool. It was proably a bad thing too, to ask ones Mentor to take in another apprentice, especially when there where there already. However, those thoughts didn't cross my mind.

I wanted to help Alysdair, especially since he seemed so eager to join the pack, only to have his opportunity to have an Alphas a mentor disappear. Silently I knew I'd regret this, probably be stripped of the honor of being trained by an Alpha, but again, I didn't dare think about this. Its not lie I had much to lose anyway. It was a simple request. Would it be declined or accepted was to be seen.-

( WB, sorry guys ^^" )

Haestine

The male nodded at her, his blue eyes soft, "Alright," he answered her. The burnt rose male took a moment to look around the throng of pelts to find Foalan, before spotting the female's coat deeper in the crowd. Haestine gave his pelt a shake before kneading the ground gently with one front paw. He looked back at Nexus and pressed his nose against her shoulder before drawing back and saying, "I found her. I'm going to go ask her. You can come with me if you'd like." Truth be told, he wanted Nexus to come. She put him at an ease he hadn't felt since being around his parents.

The burnt rose male turned away from Nexus and started forward, pushing through Warriors, Trainees, and Pups; sometimes gently, sometimes not so gently. His blue eyes were trained on the black and white pelt of Foalan, and he slowly made progress towards the female. Finally catching up to her, he called out, "Foalan."

Coming up besides her, Haestine took a breath before saying, "I'm Haestine. I was wondering if you would do me the honor of being my mentor?"

Z E P H Y R

Zephyr's body suffered a flush of relief as he saw the male warrior smile and nod - almost approvingly - as he encouraged him to join his side as a newly made, loyal apprentice. His chest puffed out, for once, in pride, and he padded with his head raised high, face seren yet magenta eyes dancing in excitement. He nodded in respect at his new mentor, and sat by his right side, onto his haunches, curling his tail over his front paws. He looked at Achilles, a small smile playing on his lips, and noticed he was somewhat distracted. Was the warrior lookign for someone? For different apprentices? Zephyr did not know, but in a spark of genius, he guessed that he might be looking for that fae he had left Akia and his side for. He wondered if he would take the younger teen on as a student, but he doubted it; something in the male's sagging, almost sad, yet acceptant body language spoke that he would not be doing so, for some reason or another.

Zephyr looked around with mild eyes, and he found they were attracted to Akia's midnight royal-blue pelt, also serene yet joy-filled, her stance portrayed. He wondered how she was doing, and hoped she would get along with her new training mates, as she would be stuck with them for the next few moon cycles, much like he would be. He could not wait to tell her about his newly made apprenticeship, and bask in her mismatched minty and turqouise eyes...

The aztec brute shook his head as the infatuated thoughts filled his mind. Could he trully become attatched to the fae in such harsh and crucial times? He would think about it later, but now, he must talk to his mentor about future training. Turning to the brute, he intoned in a curious, yet carefull way; "Achilles... Shall you be taking other apprentices? What will our training plan be like?" He hoped not to sound like he was nagging, yet he was bothered by the fact he would have to face Rayo, the Ultimate Alpha, in order to be accpeted into this hierarchical organized group of warriors.

Ishanue looked around, the rest of the wolves were gathered to find a mentor. He looked up sheepishly to the mentors and smiled a bit. 'don't be shy just say something' a voice in his head said but he decided to just sit and wait for the rest to settle down. He was sat in the front of the group tail curled around him..
