Soon after Nishant chose a succesor for his group of cats and died, his 'Chosen One' refused. The group is in total chaos, as the honor of being Chosen was rarely refused. Many cats have tried to taken the position by force, but the cats of the alleys won't listen. Will you try to convince them to move on, or find the one that has run away?

Strengths: Doesn't like to be unable to protect other cats, which is why he's a Defender, and he's good at his job. Very joking and teasing to the cats whom mean the most to him. Acts carefree when he's not busy being a Defender, and is known to look down on rash-acting cats. <----is that too much like a description?
Weaknesses: Not very quick-thinking. Often surprised over small things. Very annoying during serious issues. Is known to space out and trip over his own paws when something worries/fascinates him. Acts annoyingly naive when it's clear he's not. Touches on lazy and/or purposely uncooperative. He's a show-off when he's not in his 'dream-like' state. His weakness in areas of Defending is that he's easily distracted and not too focused.

Weaknesses: Is abnormally small, even for her age, so she's almost always useless in a teeth-and-claw fight. Has a temper, but the type that's more of a silent grudge, waiting for revenge. Has a weak spot for fish- she can't eat enough of them. Easily bribed with fish, and intimidated by larger or superior cats.

[Yay! Finally, some action. XD Anywho, I'll go update first post. I invited two other people but they didn't reply yet. We're sorta short on members now. I guess we can start. Who wants to go first?]

[Uhm... How about noon in Autumn? Also, to answer your question, Magicwolf, Defenders defend the group while Scavengers scavenge for food such as hunting/looking through garbage/stealing from others. They are fed last, and are barely respected, but the easiest rank. Defender is sorta high up rank, Healer is higher up but not very respected. Leaders are leaders...
We still need a current Leader for the time being, any volunteers? ^^]

Nine and Diera

Nine stood up, surveying what they called home, or what she could see.She sat on one of the garbage cans, that was as high as she would go.She spotted Diera and leapt down, padding over to the white she-cat.Diera was the leader for now, until things settled down.The white she-cat's eyes twinkled.They were a sky blue, compared to Nine's oddly colored eyes.Nine bowed her head to Diera as the she-cat passed her.The two didn't speak much.It was as if they could read each other's eyes."I'm going out for awhile," said Diera, speaking aloud.
"Alright, be careful," said Nine.With that, the two went their seperate ways.The season was Autumn and it was about noon.The breeze ruffled Diera's pelt slightly but she kept her brisk pace, unsure of where she was really going.

Zebina leapt to the top of a dumpster and teetered happlessly on the edge. She jumped down the other side and shuffled among the garbage for edibles. She found a dead rat that was beginning to rot. She gulped, as it was a nasty thing and bit into it. Scavengers always had to try things before they gave it to the group, in case of disease. She chewed it and swallowed, looking down at the pesky thing. She heard a door open and human voices. I guess this will have to do She grabbed the rat and left quickly, for fear that they would send their dogs on her.

Arun wandered the streets aimlessly. He purposefully avoided any signs of life and only ate any roadkill he could find. He was starved and stuck in his thoughts. It had been four weeks since Nishant's death. He took a wrong step and splashed down in a sewer. Hissing in surprise at the cold water, He struggled and pulled himself onto the ledge at the side of the tunnel. He shook himself out and looked down at the high water as it steadily rose. To make matters worse, he could taste rain on the air. "Oh, great." He muttered to himself, lashing his tail.
