Leeriy watched the wall of smoke cover Blaise "hold on" he yelled to Collie quickly smelling for the cat. He easily found her and picked her up gently in his mouth before limp running back to Collie. He set Blaise back down "keep running" he said leaning his head down to her so she could hear. He looked around the burning forest before seeing a path. He had to keep lifting his feet off the hot ground to avoid getting to badly hurt. The pain in his legs had become numb, although he knew it couldn't look pretty and would probably leave a scar, he tried to ignore it. "that way" He yelled as loud as he could, panic clear in his voice.


Devin frowned and quickly ate the piece of chicken before standing up and walking away "I can walk" he said over his shoulder, looking at the huge cloud of smoke in the sky. His ears pressed against his head and his tail slightly curled between his legs unconsciously. 'fire?' he thought curiousity getting the better of him. He started swiftly walking towards the fire, not really knowing where he was going.


Joey lifted his head and jumped up on a burnt tree, it was still slightly burning and very close to the fire, so he was careful. "Blaise?!" he yelled hoping for an answer.

Honey nodded, "I'm trying my best, I can't really see, Silver..." She tried to sniff around for the wound and once she thought she found it, she dabbed it a bit with some cobwebs and then wrapped it up, not exactly knowing if she did it right or not.

Blaise coughed out her thank you to Leeroy, not hearing Joey's call to her, and began to run, not going too far in front of Leeroy in case she had to help, she wouldn't let someone get majorly burnt or die because of her own "wounds."

[Captain Hammer]

"Absolutly perfect," Silver said to Honey. "Just 'cause you can't see doesn't mean you can't help." She smiled gently, though Honey wouldn't be able to see.

"Thank you, Silver." Honey barked gently, so she wouldn't scare any other fire victims. "Now, come on. Let's go find more injured animals." She said, sniffing he air with a smile on her face.

i say"the fire was approching fast you wouldnt have ran fast enough" then i run in front of devin "where you going thats where the fire is ?!?"

Devin frowned "well yea I know" he said ducking under her legs and kept walking "that's where I'm going" he said like it was obvious "I'll be fine, I've been by myself since I was born, I'm sure this isnt any different"

Leeroy ran after Blaise, keeping an eye on both her and Collie. The path he could now see leads to a dirt road, a large red firetruck sat on the side of the road and was using the hose to put out some of the fire.

Silver sniffed about untill she fouond a small bird, lying on the ground and weakly tweeting. "Over here, Honey! I think it has a broken wing though..."

Honey padded to where she head Silver's voice and sniffed the ground for the bird. Once she found it, she kept sniffing it to see if she could tell if the bird actually had a broken wing. "Well, I'm not sure if it does, but might as well wrap it up anyway. Which wing is it?"

[Captain Hammer]

"The left." Silver led Honey's nose to the wing with her tail tip.

"Ah, okay." Honey nodded and began to wrap up the bird's left wing. "Well, if it isn't broken, it's good to be safe than sorry."
