Hawkfire heard the apprentices whispering. She turned and perked her ears and sniffed the air. "What's wrong?" She said, keeping her voice low.

"I smell something wierd. Kinda like a musky scent smothered with unknown smells. Did you scent it yet?" Skypaw said timidly.

"I thought I smelled something funny." Her golden eyes glinted. "Stick close." She padded slowly over to the strange scent, not letting her guard down.

Skypaw stood her ground crouching low to hide among the ferns. She shivered and huddled closer to Swiftpaw.

Swiftpaw: He stood protectively infront of Skypaw, his green eyes narrowed as he sniffed the air. "I smell enime clans." he meowed softly. "And this close to our teritory! We must warn Fatestar!"

Sandpaw: She nodded to Cloverheart "Yes! I want to learn anything i can!"

"I'll go back and tell her!," Skypaw said as she ran back towards camp, leaving Swiftpaw behind.

"Alright, lets go deeper into the forest and work on drop attacks," meowed Cloverheart as she threaded between the trees. She sniffed the air, as this was close to the border, and caught a different scent. "RainClan, get down!" she whispered to Sandpaw and pulled them both down to hide amongst the brambles.

Autumnpool: Pads in circles around camp. "Gosh, we need more warriors..." saying to no one in particular.

"What does Rainclan want?" Hawkfire hissed. She turned to Swiftpaw. "I know we havn't trainedvery much in fighting so try not to get into a fight untill backup gets here. If worse comes to worse, I want you to fight like a crazed badger. Ok?"

Swiftpaw: He growned softly, offened with her comment "I'm just as equept for this as you...You've trained me."

Sandpaw: She hid with Cloverheart and meowed softly "I know that warriors sent..." she sniffed the air and snarled "It's Blackclaw! What's he doing here? He's Rainclans best warrior!"
