Akida noticed Toto's fluffy head just bouncing along above the tall grass and smiled. Unlike some males, he had a particular weakness for cubs, "Yon, is that one of the cubs of which we earlier spoke?" He smiled, tilting his head to get a better view of the cub.

Ajali groaned. Now his brother was not only going to be moon-faced over Tumai, but he would also turn into a silly, bouncing moron playing with a cub. "He's like one of those dim-witted aardvarks around cubs. Just gets all goofy. If he starts going back and forth between trying to swoon you and ignoring you for the cub, don't get too offended. Remember, the option to smack him right here..." he pointed between his eyes, "is always an option!"

Tumai laughed. "Yeah" she smiled at Toto, Honey and Angel. "Hello"

Honey smiled and nodded. "Hello My Queen"

Toto giggled. "Hia!"

Akida smiled even brighter when he saw there was not one, but TWO cubs. He stuck out a paw and nudged Toto, "You look like a right little scrap of a cub! I bet you can already run pretty fast, hmm? And what about this little lady? You will be a heartbreaker, or my name is not Akida!" True to Ajali's promise, Akida's attention had shifted fully to the cubs for the moment. He was loving it!

Ajali snorted. He wasn't exactly the fatherly type. He did feel it would be rude not to introduce himself to Honey, though, and said, "I'm Ajali. Your name?" He could be as charming as his brother, when he wanted to be, but the situation rarely warranted it, in his opinion.

Honey smiled and nodded. "Hello Ajali, I am Honey" she said softly

Totto giggled. "Yeah!" he said happily and tackled Akida.

"Like the sticky stuff the badgers like?" grinned Ajali.

Akida rolled over, feigning defeat, "Alas! To be felled by such a small warrior as yourself! What power you must possess!" He winked at Tumai, not letting Toto see the mischief in that wink lest he give himself away.

Toto giggled. "Why thank you shrimp!" he giggled.

Tumai smiled and laughed.

Honey laughed. "Yeah I guess!"

Quick as a flash, Akida made a swipe at Toto, intending to trip him gently and leap up so he could get Toto to chase after him.

Ajali nodded, "Funny name, but I suppose it must fit." He was a bit bored. Akida was caught up impressing the females--or rather, female--and playing with cubs, and Ajali was not hungry right now.
