Cj watched him as he spoke, her memory clouded she couldn't recall anything from before this morning herself. It was frustrating being trapped inside a black box, not knowing anything of much and little of anything else, oh she had vague memories of who she was, where she came from and basics of herself. But not much else aside from that and it made her grit her teeth as she walked, trying desperately to dig up anything that might help. "Sounds pretty bad" she mumbled half to herself.

Seeing the shimmering water of the pond CJ nearly cried in relief walking forward quickly until the water reached her waist, she sighed softly and sank into it, enjoying the feel of the water swirling through her fur, washing away the aches and pains and dirt from...however long it had been there. she swirled her hands round in the water enjoying the gentle swish of it over her skin, cooling her and relaxing her sore muscles.
"I suppose our next worry has to be food" she tipped her head to one side "we'll have to find that and shelter"

Ryder nodded and turned around, not watching CJ bathe. He dug his toe claws into the dirt and let his mind wander about food, and shelter, at that to. He had lived in the forest here for quite some time, catching birds and sleeping on tree branches to support himself, but ever so rarely, he would venture out into the man village in search of food in the large metal bins they leave their unwanteds in.

He looked up into the sky and thought to him self, he's be ever so happy to help CJ, being she is the only upright animal besides himself he's met, besides his brothers, and she was weak, and tired. It'd be his mission.

With a soft sigh she decided it was probably time to get out of the water, the cool liquid slid over her fur as she made her way back to shore. Her fur dripping as she slowly and regretfully got out of the cool water, shaking herself quickly and deciding it was hot enough to dry out with just the suns heat. She stood for a moment to savour the warmth and the very slight breeze against her, closing her eyes as she did so. Smiling lightly and feeling much better but still running on empty she padded over to Ryder and came to a stop next to him, swinging her arms lightly at her sides and enjoying the feel of the air on her damp fur.

"So what next? I haven't a clue where we are or what's around, do you know of anywhere we can get some grub? Or is it back to old fashion hunting animals down" she laughed lightly, feeling almost giddy after her quick bath, her blue eyes danced playfully as she looked at Ryder.

CJ had startled Ryder, he jumped slightly with his hands held behind his back and eyes trailed over to CJ as she padded near him. Her dripping fur and lively smile made her look full of life, better than how he fount her minutes ago. Food he thought... rubbing his nose and looking up into the sky, he could either bring her to the city... plentiful food in the metal bins, or natural, clean-tasteing food in the forest, their home.

"Well, sure I do. But it's kinda far away... and diffrent." His voce trailed off, informing her.
