"Nope. Locked eternally in the moment Gallifrey was destroyed, that or the peak of Gallifrey's governmental downfal. That, my friend, is punishment enough." Ruienne said, her words hinting that those two were the worst of times. Jera nodded in agreeement.

"Well, at least he got what he deserved!" Gio said, smiling scoot.

"Nobody deserves such punishment. But I should've known better, you weren't there on that day, you didnt watch your friends, your family, everything you knew and held dear be burned and shiriveled and blown up by the thing you despised most and equally despised you back. You werent there the day your own father did such an unspeakable thing, the day you stood there and watched, the day you watched and did nothing, they day you revoked you name and gave yourself a new one. You weren't there." Ruienne said, and she stood up and climbed up onto the side of side of the cave, up real high, until she could see the whol of the camp and sat on a large outcropping on the wall. She pulled out what wooked like a small intrument, but she set it down and began muttering under her breath, picking out latin words for a ballad.

"wait here!" Finagan said. He then climbed up after Rue. He felt pity for her. "Hey Rue!" he said simply.

Ruienne nodded mutely then sangclearly into the night, words ringing with thousandds of years of misery,

Finsternis felt her feathers flatten against her, fur doing so also, until she was suddenly skinny. Blayke did also too. They felt, without even understanding the words although they did, the pai nand misery as if it had become airborn, like a virus, and they fought the urge to howl out too. Jera's antennae flattened against her head unwillingly, and she realized the man who blew up Gallifrey, attempting to kill the Daleks and everything else to win the Time War, was her father. She didnt think less of Ruienne, no, she felt pity for her.

Lee bowed in respect in honor of all those who suffered. Those who lost their lives on Gallfrey. Even Gio bowed in respect. A single tear slipped from Lees magenta eye. Finagan bowed his head and howled a low, depressing howl of saddnes.

Ruiene loked down and said jokingly in a wavering voice, "Oh, Im not god. Get off your shins." Blayke laughed and his fur and feathers began to loosen up, as did Finsternis's. "And that translates to,

She bounced up like a spring, and hurriedly rubbed her eyes and said, "I'ma go fishing. I want some salmon." Jera rolled her eyes, though she had opened the journal she suddenly carried with her and wrote down both versions of the ballad.

Lee sat up. "Just paying my respect!" She smiled. "Me too!" Gio added. ""Can I come with you?" Finagan asked.

"Sure." Ruienne promptly threw a fishing rod at him. Finsternis laughed and said, "I think I'm going to fish the way a natural eagle does. You guys just stay here, I wont be long."
