Rachel led Sky out of the barn. She walked to the dressage areana, and mounted Sky. "Ready to work, girl?" She asked, patting the mares neck, and nudging her lightly with her boot.

[She did she her, she's just being...a brat? hur hur C;]

Lexie shrugged. "Maybe, I just hope she's used to me by next month. We are going to the Lily Clove Classic show." She smiled once more, "She has better place, or she's dog food." With that, she turned, and walked briskly towards the barn. 'Nice meeting you!" She said in a mock sweet tone. She thought over the girl, and her pony. She had seen them at work. Did she have something to worry about with that one?

Sky walked forward. She flicked her tail, stepping carefully. She flicked her ears, listening to Rachel breathe & the sounds of other horses.

Rachel used her hands to ask Sky to go on the bit. She sat deeply in the saddle, and asked the mare to extend her walk.

Sky came onto the bit & lengthened her stride into an extended walk. She flicked her ears again, listening to Rachel. She kept quiet, she didn't neigh in the ring like she did in her stall.

Katy led Charlie from his trailer & walked him towards the barn. She clipped the cross ties to his camoflauge blue halter. She grabbed her grooming kit & tack trunk & waved to her father as he drove away. She walked to Charlie & began grooming the tall gelding. She brushed him carefully, removing as much dirt as she could. She quickly kissed his sleek neck & smiled. She picked up his hooves & cleaned them out with her hoof pick. She went to her tack trunk & grabbed his saddle,saddle pad, girth & bridle. She put the saddle pad just above his withers. She then carefully put the saddle on, pulled the top of the saddle pad up so it wasn't pulling his mane. She did the girth up & then slipped on his bridle. She did up all her keepers & led him into the jumping ring.

"Dog food!" Kalie whispered under her breathe. She held her tounge, for she had half the mind to teach Lexie a lesson. But Kalie was a quite girl who liked to stay out of peoples way. She would do just that, unless Lexie hurt a horse. Then she would have to speak up. "You as well." She said whispered after the girl, so quite only the words reached her and Tea's ears. "Le's go Tea." The young teenager said pulling on the reins lightly.

Rachel was pleased with Sky so far, and asked for a trot. She kept her hands firm so the hedset and roundness would continue through the upward transition. She noticed the new girl heading towards the areana, and shook her head gentally. She would have assumed someone would wait for a horse to adjust to a new stable, before jumping into a ride.

Katy looked at Kalie. She smiled slightly & pulled down Charlie's stirrups, checking that they were the right length. She then checked to make sure all her keepers were done up & all her tack was safe. She made sure the girth was tight & mounted up, swinging her right leg over & landing gently in the saddle. She put her toes in the stirups & put her heels down. She held the reins correctly & asked Charlie for a walk, gently tapping him with her foot.

Charlie stepped forward. He flicked his tail & stared at some of the jumps. Katy then made sure he was paying attention, she gave him a gental pat as well. His hooves hit the dirt in the four-time beat. His ears were perked as he listened to the other horses & all the new sounds.

Sky trotted forward, snorting quietly. She payed attention to Rachel, making sure to be ready for the next que. Her black hooves kicked up a bit of dirt, but not much. Her trot wasn't bouncy, but it wasn't smooth either. It was in between.

Kalie lead Tea into the barn and took her sweaty tack of. She laid it on her saddle rack outside the stall and then lead Tea to the wash rack. She clipped the mare into the cross ties and turned on the hose. She adjusted the water tempature where it was not to cold, not to hot. She then sprayed it on the mares sweaty body.

Tea sivered slightly as the water landed on her, but soon became very relaxed. So much som that her head and eyes drooped. She sighed, tired from the workout.

Rachel sat lightly to Sky's trot, and asked her to colect the trot. She closed her eyes for a moment, letting her body flow, every muscle, with Sky.
