Melon howl like she had gone mad.she lept for the cougars. she bit and scrach on the biggest one with slobber running out of mouth. I have to protect the pups she thought to herself

then they attacked first after Melon

Melon kept slashing and biting the cougar. It seemed to be weakening,that put a burst of more energy into her. she franticly looked around for Puck. she realaxed when she saw okay

Sabine lunged for the throat. She latched on and her eyes turned coal black. She brought it down slowly, cutting off it's air. Puck leapt on the cougar's back while Melon bit it. He thrashed his head around, ripping the skin. Bear and stream snapped at a cougar, drawing it backwards.

Fang ran after a cougar and pounced on it and bit its neck and the cougar kicked Fang off and Fang jumped on its back and bit hard into its neck.

Melon saw really blurry. the last thing she saw was a cougar standing over her and everything went black. (she passed out)
