In the light of the moon, you slip into the forest. Shadows stripe across your fur. A rustle in the bush next to you makes you lower yourself, ready to crouch. You can only hope your instincts don't let you down, a kittypet like you caught by a clan-cat hardly has a chance. You remeber tales your mother told you by the fireside, of cats with claws like knives and teeth like sabers. You stay down, quivering like a leaf. A grey-blue cat emerges. She stares at you with deep-blue eyes.
"I am OakFeather, medicine cat of Rainclan. My leader informs me you are searching for a place in a clan. My leader is willing to talk to you about becoming a warrior in our clan, or are you eager to become loyal to the only clan rivaling our territory, Shadowclan? You decide."

Rainclan:
Their base is on an island in Rain River, hidden by tall reeds. The only way to access the base is across some stepping stones.

Shadowclan:
Their base is in the deepest part of the forest, in a small clearing. Their base is hidden by long, tangled grass. A small stream runs through the base shallow enough for pups to paddle in.

Oakfeather wandered through the forest surrounding her base, collection Borage and poppy seeds. Looking back at the river she never strayed to far from, she saw dark shapes glide under the water. Crouching, she abandoned her borage by a tall oak tree and walked slowly to the riverback. Her own reflection stared back at her, eyes twinkling in wonder. Then, the reflection was broken by her paw darting beneath the surface and snagging a large trout. She collected her borage and poppy seeds, and took the fish back to camp.
