Renard put himself between Sage and Hannah and Lilly. Protecting these females, was what Renard felt like he had to do.

Hannah wrapped her tail around Lily. "Do not worry little one."

Rouges tail twitched lazily as she watched the foxes below her

Renard sigh an angered sigh, he had the feeling that he really didn't have it in himself to tackle this wolfess on his own.

"I don't suppose," Renard began to say as he looked up at Rouge,"you could give me some back up, if it's too much to ask I understand."

Rouges eyes flashed,she waited in the tree"I don't think a fight is the answer"She murmured licking a paw

Hannah watched the wolf.

Renard sighed, he hated fighting females. They always knew what not to do, or the opposite of what he wanted to do.

"So how will you solve our situation? Please, do tell."

Renard grimaced at the ground, he hated being so sarcastic at others that meant no harm at all. He then breathed in deeply and exhailed quite loudly, he knew that deep down there was a simple answer to this if only his mind could not be side tracked by things.

In his head Renard thought to himself,

"Think, just...breathe. A wolf, female wolf, is here. You have two female foxes by yourself that you would like to protect...and damn! A feisty fox in a tree...this isn't going to be easy on us Renard..."

Peering at Hannah, Renard could see that his decision need to be soon.

Rouge smiled slightly and licked her paw. She climbed down the tree and landed lightly on her paws"Males,you never think of anything else do you"She said and looked at the she wolf.She didn't look like she wanted to fight

Renard shook his head,

"That's...not all true...I mean...not entirely true...damn it!"

Seeing the female down on the ground, Renard could see her looking at the female wolf,

"Don't stare at her, she could tear your head off...surely?"

Rouge rolled her eyes at Renard"The problem with you males is you don't see the bigger picture"She said and walked away from them and back to her territory
