Symphony watched him go sadly,she wanted to tell him something,but she was afraid.
What if he doesnt want me anymore when I tell him?

Phantom caught up to her eaily.An idea came into his head."How about I teach you how to use the forest to your advantage if your ever being chased of attacked?" he asked excitedly,he was a specialist at moveing through the forest silently and swiftly.
And the mare could use it.

She shrugged "I don't know... I guess they haven't noticed me." she said, shuffling her hoof on the yellowing grass.

Odin smiled, nuzzling her cheek. "Well I have. How's about a foal?" he asked with wink.

She blinked. Thinking about it. She nodded "ok." she said. She was really into him, and he seemed trustworthy enough. "but one thing... I don't want to be cooped up in one of those caves... I'm perfectly good at defending myself. I'd like at least some of the freedom you have." she said. "if you'd let me have some freedom, I'd be willing to carry one of your foals." she said with a neogotiating smile. "does this seem fair?" she asked,blinking,batting her piercing amber eyes. They could bring even the strongest stallions to their knees. She flicked her tail, sending her intoxicating perfume into the air. The obsidian mare watched him, waiting for his reply.

"Okay, cool," he said to the mares. He raised his head and sniffed. "Say, would one of you like to come on a walk with me?"

"That's what they all say," she said with a flick of her ear. She bent down to graze. "If you wanted me, you'd come and get me," she started to walk slowly away, still grazing.

Smooth Criminal, Winter
Smooth Criminal really wanted to prove to this mare he really did want her. As she walked away he was quick to chase after her, "I want you Malady," he said with sorrow in his eyes that she didn't believe him. "Come Malady, come with me" he said flirting.

Knight
Ex-Deputy; Scout of Summer
"A fight. Over a mare." He sighed. "I had been spending time with her after rejection by the leader of the herd, so then we got in a fight for the mare, the mare chose me. Carlo got mad. Now I'm Scout." He sighed. "And all I was doing was making her feel better. Now's she's one of my closer mares." he said. "But at least she's happy."

Dusty, Summer
Dusty overheard Knight talking. She was about to cry I was the one who made him Scout, not anyone else, me! Its all MY fault. she thought. Dusty was causing his misery not anyone else. She felt like running away, he probably doesn't need me anyway. she thought.

Phantom flicked his tail at the oasis and then the mares "Cause i dont think Knight would like a lone stallion near his mares,and im worried he might get you..." he said blushing fieriously at the last part.

"Phantom.....If he trys to hurt you he will have to go though me first.....I love you and he has not shown intreast in you and i like you so.....Pleas,be my mate?"She asked smiling.

Beauty: 4; Strength: 2; Speed: 5

"That's a stupid thing to demote someone for," the mare had snorted before she could help herself. "I mean..." she backtracked quickly, not wanting to label the leader's actions as 'stupid'. "It's a silly thing," she finished lamely, now appearing to become very interested in the ant crawling across her path.

Cherokee; Broodmare of Summer Solstice
Beauty: 8; Strength: 1; Speed: 1

Cherokee watched Phantom curiously. "How would you be able to teach something like that? Though I would appreciate it." She beamed at him, unable to help but notice how his eagerness was nearly contagious.
