"Good girl" said Thomas and losened the lundging line, "canter" he said and taped her lightly.

i hesitat for a minute but i start to canter

Thomas got a spare saddle and bridle with a happy mount bit, that tasted of apple. And he had oats in his pocket. He let the mare sniff the saddle then held out the oats for her to eat.

i back up alittle then out strech my head trying to get the oats but stay far from him all at once

Thomas shortened the line and let her eat the oats. Then carfully sliped the saddle onto her back. And tightened the girth with one hand.
