Ares hadn't meant the comment in a offensive way, but she seemed to be taking the words that way. He squirmed. It was like every she-wolf in the world, however calm they are, hate him. Am I... unloveable?

Shalom looked at Coya, surprised. Then her eyes dropped to the ground. "Once..." She replied quietly.

Coya didn't like prying, but she was curious, "What happened?" Maybe talking to Shalom about her pup would help Coya with Manny.

Ares overheard her comment. No wonder why I look like a pup to her, he realised, but strolled over to Shadom, wanting to ask her something in complete and utter privacy.

Shalom turned her head away, hiding the tear that was about to fall, "One died, Two were murdered, one stayed with his father, and two ran because I told them to, I didn't want them there.... They said they'd find me one day, but it's been a half a year... They'll be all grown up with families by now. I hope..."

Pike liked her injured paw one more time and lay her head on the grass. She watched Lugger walk away slowly.

Lugger wanted to go try hunting. He hadn't done that in a while and he figured it wouldn't be to hard. So he set off to go find something to hunt.

Shalom gave a little smile, "I'd love to help. I never thought I was a 'pup' person, but after having 6 of my own, and babysitting for...." She trailed of, not wanting to do say things that weren't her business to share. "Lets just say, I've really grown to like pups." Shalom looked at Ares, she knew he'd been listening the whole time anyways, she just sighed and put her friendly face on, "Hi."

Rolmp smeared the honey over her chest and looked at her, "Now don't lick it..." He smiled then trotted away, taking his stuff with him.
