Whitedawn curled her lip up slightly, but was to nervous to really put effort into it. She sighed, slumping her shoulders slightly, her beautiful white dappled pelt frizzed up as she watched all the cats. Please. Have mercy. she begged Starclan, wishing they would help these cats know she was a good she-cat...not a cold blooded murderer. She glanced at Goose and Autumn, with a sigh, she knew she couldnt kill them either; not while she was in her right mind, for sure. As long as she could keep her head, Whitedawn thought, she could be the loyal, and strong cat she needed to be.


Puddlepaw frowned, looking at the lithe and shivering she-cat on the high rock. He glanced at Dawnpaw, and then at Robinpaw, the two cats he had really talked to, and his brow furrowed. Deciding that everyone should get a second chance, he padded over to the side where Whitedawn would stay.

Whitedawn watched, her heart twisting, as she counted the votes. With one cat's opinion, her life could take a drastic turn for the worse...actually. Never mind. That would happen either way. Maybe leaving was better, in a way, because then she could be the best cat she could be withour worrying that others would hate her, or provoke her. She might be too dangerous for the clan....
Shaking her pretty triangular head, her tuffed ears flicking, she shook off the thought. This was wear she needed to be, and though it wouldnt be so bad if they made her leave....she would rather die first, herself.

Rainstar counted the votes, then cast a sorrow glance through out the clan. He felt like he had been at fault- he had promised Whitedawn she could stay. But he had to follow his clanmates decision. "Whitedawn, you are hereby chosen by your clanmates to leave. You shall be escorted from camp at sunhigh today. Once you cross the border and are out of Brookclan territory, you shall be treated as a rogue, and not welcomed back on clan soil," he announced bravely, but his voice echoed with sympathy and sadness.

Goose's chest puffed out as he counted the numbers himself- four more votes were cast to the side of leave. But he felt no pride, or satisfaction. What had he accomplished? Merely making another life worse. With a sad tilt of his head, he glanced at Autumn with unreadable eyes. "She is gone," he murmured.
