Larry feels Wendy's excitement, and bounds out of his bow and spins an excited circle before taking off after Wendy. Wow, she really is fast! He thinks, joyous for the chance to stretch his long legs. Lets see if I can catch her...

Larry takes off after her, his legs falling into the familiar tuck and stretch as he quickly gains speed. Reaching his top speed in less than a second, he follows her, joy in his heart.

Wendy leaps, and dances, twirls, even. Her body is perfect for a runner, but that of such grace, she can easily be graceful and balanced. Her slender body dances around in the cold winter air, and she lets out a few little yips. Frost hans in the air where her warm breath hung moments ago. She yips at Larry, dashing under him, bowing her back, and tucking her rump at just the right moments to easily slide under him, and come up under the other side. Wendy Lou playfully nips his earthen, with a mischiveous grin, dances away and dashes ahead.

soul watches two dogs play, she finally picks up the courage to go and see them. " hello" she says timidly " im soul, who are you?"

The Whippet's ears perk up, and she yips playfully at the other dog. "Why hello, Soul. My name would be Wendy Lou, though you can call me Lou. This is Larry, call him Larry," she said with a doggish grin on her face. "Would you like to run with us?" she tilts her head, her slender Whippet body quivering with excitement.

"Hello Wendy Lou, Larry . Thankyou for your offer, " replied soul happily " i would love to join you!"

Wendy yips in excitement. She turns her shining amber eyes to Larry. "Oh what fun! What fun!" she yips. She dashes over to Soul, playfully head-butting her in the chest and dancing away with a laugh. "Come and get me! Oh yes oh yes!" she giggles.

soul considers for a moment before chasing the other dog, " i will catch you " Soul replied as she head butted Wendy Lou in the side, " come on Larry ", she says shyly " come and play "

Wendy Lou leaps straight up into the air, five feet to be exact. She dashes away, laughing. "No one......can ever catch me! No, no!" she sings, almost. Her joyous attitude is like a disease itself, spreading out to all of those she meets.

Soul laughs , "i shall catch you eventually " she laughs, This other dog was really making an effort to make her welcome, so she decided that she was going to have some fun, " right, she says happily " i am going to catch you now"

Wendy Lou smiles slyly. "Catch me if you can," is her only answer, and she dances away, twirling and spinning. She dances past Larry, then off ahead. For only few know at this time, a Whippet is bred for running. Their life is running. It is their sole purpose in life, and they achieve it mroe than any other animal. There are few creatures faster than a Whippet, and even fewer of those animals, dogs. She smiles slyly once more, her amber eyes glittering in the morning sun.
