I glance at Larry, then back to Soul. I know he's lying about is injuries, but I don't say anything. I nod to Soul, offering up a smile. "I'm quite alright, thank you." Is my answer.

Soul didn't believe either of them but tried not to show it. " Do you want to stay here while i got find some food? "

Wendy Lou leapt up right away. "No! No! I'd love to hunt too, with you." She grinned, almost tasting the prey already.

Soul started to run towards the door eagerly, before remembering Larry " will you be ok ? " she asked. She was happy to have someone as eager to hunt as she was.

Wendy nosed Larry, glancing at him worriedly. "You'll be okay, right?" She asked, echoing Soul. She shifted feet, worried that something would happen if they left. But then again, they needed to eat.

Larry nods, "Yes yes, it is ok, please. Go hunt." He says, flicking his tail as though to gesture them to leave. I wouldn't be of any use to them anyway. He thinks, trying to smile for them.

Soul looks curiously over at Larry, wondereing why he is pretending to be happy for them, " ok larry " she said slowly walking towards the door. " Come on Wendy " she said " if we hurry, we can be back sooner "

Faith shrugged. How could they? They didn't know how to use human technology or test for cures or anything. "I suppose we should," Faith replied pessimistically.

I flicked my ears, a smile growing on my face. "Great! How shall we start? Maybe we should observe-at a safe distance, mind you- the effects of Tuer on a dog." I suggest. My tail wags, thumping the old wooden floor. Thump-thump, thu-bump, thuuump.

I nuzlle him one last time, then bound away, out the back door, with Soul. "Where too?" I question.

Soul paused, " there is usually something decent by those trees over there " she said decisively " lets try over there."
