After completing the course, ending with a salute, Steph rubbed Fox's neck vigorously. "Good boy! I'd put you in a show righ now if I could!" She continued to pet him, wondering how anyone could ever let his horse go.

fox swung his neck around to nudge Steph's leg tenderly. He felt alive. In truth, there was no concrete reason why Fox had never stayed with an owner. He just never clicked.
