Dixie shivered. She snorted, pulling on Alex's jeans to hurry.

Alex smiled and wrapped the collar around Jerome's neck and adjusted it, making sure it fit right "how about this?" asked. She rubbed his ears and let Dixie into the back seat.

Dixie snorted and laid down. Jealousy bubbling up in the pit of her stomach. She let out a low growl but quickly cut it off. She snorted and contiued to key there silently.

Austin the fireman rookie pulled his truck into the stable's. He walked into the barn with his turnout pants on and boots. He had just come back from a call. He looked around "is Julia here?" he asked.

Dixie barked angirly. She turned and laid bac down. "stupid...." she mumbled. She was still top dog and what she says goes. She snorted and barked again. Her hackles raised. She laid down again and contiued growling, looking at the floor, moving back into the front seat.

Alex rolled her eyes and began driving again.

Riley rolled her eyes "easy fella. Don't have a cow." she said. She laid there looking at him. She didn't care for his cokiness, but didn't say anything. "I'm Riley." she said.
