Even when everyone had cleared out of the river bend, Jerome remained alone. He couldn't forgive himself, even if Alex did, for what he had done. He had already gotten on everyone else's bad-side; Dead rabbit, dead deer, broken window, and Dixie, or what he heard her name was, had threatened to hurt him. He was only scared of coming back and getting kicked out of the entire area.

Riley contiued to pad through the woods. Her hunting nature getting the best of her. She flicked her tail and contiued to sniff around. She soon came upon Jeromez she padded over "hi... Arent you Comming back with us and Alex?" she asked, sitting on her haunches and looking at the male before her. The golden was very chill around other dogs, but strange humans.... Nit so much. "Alex really likes you.... She was telling her boyfriend about you." she stated.

"Jerome looked at Riley. "I can't go back. Everything I've done is simply unforgivable. Even if Alex likes me, what I've done is wrong. This isn't Hokkaido, and I can't get out of windows like I used to. I've seen it was fixed, but that mutt Dixie still thinks I took advantage her. not to mention I've been killing animals here and there, leaving carcasses in the barn." he replied. He ripped the bandage off that Alex put on his wound, dropping it on the ground. "Try to tell her she won't find me." he said before dashing off.

Riley barked after Jerome "Dixie? Her? Her bark's bigger than here bite. You have nothing to lorry about with her. I'm sure you haven't done anything that's anyworse than this." she called. She shook her head "well if you change your mind... Alex's cabin's dog door is always open...." she barked. She padded off to find dice and give her a piece of her mind.
