"we heard fighting. Is everything all right?" Jake and Kaila asked, rushing out of the den. Aspen leaned in and said "don't tell them"

"Okay." he whispered back. He turned to them and gave them a smile, "Nothing, everything is fine." he said

"Just some play fighting" Aspen said. She scratched her leg to make it bleed, then set it out as proof. "Just got carried away" she shrugged

"Yep." BlackSun said as he quickly nipped his own tail to do the same.

Kaila and Jake nodded and returned to the den. Aspen started to walk to their cave when a gray wolf leaped out of the bushes.

BlackSun still jumpy from the previous argument, tackled the gray wolf nipping at him/her. "Who are you and what do you want?" He snarled to the other wolf.

"Woah, dude hold of!" the gray wolf said "I'm a loner, and I usualy sleep here at nights. Who are you?" he asked, surveying BlackSun before looking back at Aspen "Hey there" he said flirtaciously. "Aspen" she replied "And I've got a mate so back of" she said. "Anyway, I'm Jack" the gray wolf introduced. "Is this a pack?" he asked "If it is, can I join?" he said, asking yet another question.

BlackSun growled at the loner when he talked to Aspen, "I'm BlackSun, the beta of this pack. If you would like to join please talk to our leader, Jake." BlackSun nodded towards the other black male. So far he didn't like this Jack, but if Jake welcomed him he would too.

Jake settled in his den. Then he saw Aspen running towards him. He slowly got to his feet and walked to her. "There's.. A.. Loner here...." Aspen puffed. "He... Wants.. To Join...." Jake walked towards Jack, who was grooming himself. "Can I join?" Jack asked Jake after bowing. "Jake nodded "You have to stay in the main cave. Soon there will be other wolves, and you will share with them"

BlackSun nodded and guided him towards the large cave, "You can make your nest where you'd like." BlackSun said when they got here. He left the cave so Jack could make his bed. He walked back to the Beta's cave to finish making his bed.
