Shadowpaw was fast asleep, she was exhausted.

[Kanaria]

"It's ok, Dawnpaw." Desertmist said "Koalapearl was the scariest cat who ever lived! He fought ten giant lizards at the same time and won! Unfortunately he died chocking on a mouse bone."

[sparrow;]

"Wow!" Flamepaws eyes were wide.

[caats]

Shadowpaw lifted her, "A mouse bone? really, more like a rabbits thigh. thats that only thing big enough last i checked."

[Kanaria]

"Yes that cat could scare hawks out of the sky." Desertmist went on. "Fluffy as any thing, but don't let that fool you. Underneath that fur, it was all muscle." Desertmist looked at Shadowpaw. "He was an elder, and his teeth had fallen out." Desertmist shook his head "He was a fine cat, terrible way to go."

[sparrow;]

"Are these spots free?" Dawnpaw asked, pointing to two small, cold dens in the corner.

[Kanaria]

"Not for you!" Desertmist said. "You are getting my spot remember?" He pointed to a very mossy spot. "Come on try it out."

[sparrow;]

"Okay!" Flamepaw ran over and dived into the nest next to it. Dawnpaw followed, sniffing the nest Desertmist had indicated.

[Kanaria]

"Go on Dawnpaw, its free, just really hidden that's all" Desertmist said encouragingly

[sparrow;]

Dawnpaw sighed with relief as she sank down into the soft moss."Thanks." She purred. "Whats your gem?" Asked Flamepaw.
