"Umm, is that deer over there." Gander said pointing her paw west.

Lily breathed in deeply. "I think so, if we're lucky, there might be two."

Immanuel pads around the camp

Gander got low in the catlillys and started to stock the deer. She could smell to female. With the mud sticky it was hard to not make noise. But the deer were makeing all the noise. They didn't know they were being watched. The wind was going there way, that was good.

[Wanderer.]

Lily saw the leader go to the catlilies so she went as far around as she could without the wind blowing her scent to the prey. Sheducked behind some reeds. The sucking sound the ground made when she lifted her paws annooyed her, but obviously the deer didn't notice.

Immanuel stretches and goes to sleep

"Now!" Gander wispers and jumps out of the reeds and onto the deer. She went for the neck. Biteing down on the neck made the deer go crazy and she started to run with Gander on her back. Gander bite down harder and she saw its eyes roll back in her eyes and it dropped into the water. Gander stud and she was in the swamp, the water was half way up her legs. She dragged her kill out of the swamp and put it on the sand.

Lily charged at the other deer, shoving it over onto its side with a powerful jump. As soon as it hit the ground she bit deeply into the doe's neck. When it was dead Lily dragged it beside Ganders catch. "Good catch." She said to her leader. "Especially when it started to run."

"Thanks, you too. Let's get these back to camp." Gander said dragging her deer back to there den. It made her mouth water, the smell of the deer.
