Marblepaw nudged Pepperpaw trying to wake her up. He did truly love her but she did turn down Spiderpaw so did she love her? He just couldn't ask.

Scarpaw shrugged. "Well, I just don't think they would actually enjoy having me around. I'm a loner, I was that as a kit as well. I don't think any of the other apprentices will ever enjoy having me around. I'm an outsider, that's the way it is." she said, but kinda felt sad because she didn't have any friends and the fact that it seemed like she wasn't appreciated in the clan. Maybe the best would be if she died? No, that would be giving up. As stubborn as she was, she refused to give up.

Spiderpaw started purring, finally he had found the one for him! '' I don't think that Marblepaw and Pepperpaw would care much.'' He said, ''Race ya to the camp!'' He said and darted off looking back at Featherpaw.

Featherpaw shook her head, "I can't run, my paw hurts!" She said, her paw hurt really badly.

Pepperpaw awoke slowly, she yawned and sat up. She felt terrible today, not only because she felt bad for Spiderpaw but because her cold had moved so it was now a headache and a sore throat.

Nightshade tilted his head. 'Maybe its because your older than them and they don't want to be jelous?' He thought out loud. 'I know Marblepaw got really upset when Orchidpaw beat him. And I know Pepperpaw can get very jelous.' The tip of his tail twitched. 'Can I ask... Why arn't you with your mentor?' He flicked his ears forwards and listened to the she-cat paitienly.

Spiderpaw stopped and ran back to her, ''Sorry,I forgot.'' He was a little emmbaresed that he had forgoten that.

"You feeling better today?" He meowed licking Pepperpaw's cheek as she awoke. He hoped that she was feeling better as the phrophecy cats still needed to leave. "Would you like to gather up Spiderpaw, Orchidpaw, Prairepaw and Featherpaw with me?" He meowed standing up and smiling at the pretty little she cat.

Pepperpaw rubbed her nose with her paw, 'Uhh.' She groaned, her eyes were still half closed and she found that her throat hurt more when she made sound. She flicked her ears and nodded slowly to Marblepaw before oushing her way out of the den.
