Lakey snorted and turned her attention back to the humans. Pawing at the ground, she nudged Jason gently before glancing up. Flicking her ears, she waited for something to happen.


Daisy nodded and sighed, "I'll talk with Emily once she gets back," Daisy told Jay.

Jay nodded to Daisy, and stroked Lakey's muzzle before leading Nevada back to her stall.

Once Vada was in, she at some straw, hungry.

Jay walked over to Rhett's stall. "Hey boy, come 'ere." he cooed, but to his displeasure, Rhett pinned his ears back, and snorted, keeping his rump facing him.

Daisy sighed and started to lead Lakey to her stall. Untacking the mare, she wondered why Lakey was acting so out of it. Shaking her head, Daisy finished untacking and gromming the red roan, before putting the mare in her stall. "Good girl," Daisy murmured, before going to the office to wait for Emily.
