Shadow fell to the ground in pain. He wasn't so hurt that he had to fall to the ground, but he thought if he could pull it off, Jay would think he was too weak to bring so he shut his eyes and slowed down his breathing.

Blaise rolled and rolled. She finally snapped another part of the fallen branch, which allowed her to roll onto her side. She finally got up but then something moved in the bushes and it scared her. She ran in a random direction, but stopped at the gates of a horse stable with a whinny.

Jay muttered something, then tried to pick the foal up. Voltaire limped quickly outside, and towards the forest. He saw the mare, and heard her whinny. "Run away!" He whinnied back.

Shadow kicked Jay in the face with his back hoof and then took off running down the trail, towards Alex's. XD smart horses.

"Ouch!" Jay said, clutching his nose, which was bleeding. He growled, glaring after the foal. "Caballo estúpido. Usted pagará para esto más tarde." He muttered in spanish.

( He said, "Stupid horse. You'll pay for that later." )

Blaise looked at Voltaire and was concerned from his limping. "Why?" She asked, not realizing what is wrong. "And what happened to you. Are you okay?"

"Just... Humans are horrible creatures... Just run away before they get you, too, and you end up like me! Whipped, and with a broken leg." Voltaire whinnied, sighing.

Shadow ran until he collapsed onto the ground shivering cold from a chilly wind.

Blaise looked at his leg. "Then you come too, I don't like to leave others behind." She said.

Voltaire looked back towards the barn, "I'll just slow you down..." Jay sighed and got the rest of the horses out before going to his horses's stall, mounting him and heading out.
