Star shook herself out and laid down. She laid her head on her paws. Her eyes gleamed unhappily.

[greysilence]

Shadow walked out of his den, stretching gingerly. Then he saw the way Star was acting. What better way to get the Alpha's trust then to get the Beta's trust first? Being the great actor he was, he padded over next to her, sitting down. "Everything okay?" he asked, his voice and eyes caring.

[violeta.]

Star sat up immediately. "Why do you care?" She said plainly.

[greysilence]

Shadow shrugged. "You looked like you were feeling down. I figured you might want to talk about it," he said simply.

[violeta.]

"I usually don't talk. I fight." Star said in response. She was tough for her size and knew how to kill.

[greysilence]

Shadow
"So to get your feelings out you fight? Well, if you want you can fight me. I won't ifhgt back," he said, shrugging once more. He wasn't trying to be funny. He was just trying to gain her trust.

[violeta.]

"I don't fight me feelings out. I wouldn't tell someone I just met what I did to let my feelings out. I fight when wolves cross my line and to survive." Star sat tall, her eyes blazing blue in the sun.

[greysilence]

Shadow sighed, pretending to have trouble keeping up. "But you said you don't talk, you just fight. So why don't you fight me?" he asked, pretending to be stupid.

[violeta.]

Star rolled her eyes. "Your clueless. I said that I don't USUALLY talk. And It's not like I want to kill you at the moment."

[greysilence]

Shadow
Shadow shook his head, as if to clear it. He crossed his bright, brilliant electric blue eyes as if there was too much information. He felt like a foolish, young pup, but he hoped acting stupid would help gain the she wolf's trust.
