Riversplash heard her name and her head turned, catching sight of Falcon's Eye as she smiled back in turn. "Good morning, Falcon's Eye!" She greeted back cheerily. She offered him what was left of her breakfast, hoping to split the prey because of her respect for the Elder's of the clan. "Have you eaten yet? I'm not terribly hungry; you could have some of mine if you'd like." She offered as he padded over to where she had settled in.

The tom smiled warmly at the offer. He diped his head in thanks as he took a seat. Thank you Riversplash, i haven't eaten yet"he purred with a quick flick of his ear. His legs shifted as he layed down. His tail swaying to and fro in rhythm with his heartbeat. His eyes finding the she. "So what do have planned today?" he meowed quite curiously. Also intended to start a conversation.

Her smile only grew when the Elder took a seat with her. Her tail fell into a similar rhythm, back and forth as she licked at her paws and legs, cleaning herself up a bit to prepare for her day. She always started with grooming herself after breakfast otherwise it just felt like nothing ever went right. "I don't have much going on, truthfully. I was thinking about hunting, then possibly finding a border patrol to join." She offered. It was quite typical, she felt. It was a warrior's duty and she could respect that. She did respect that. "What about you?" She remembered fondly her kit and apprentice days, seeking out the Elders for stories and tales. She wondered if it was a tradition carried on now. There were always stories left to tell.

While he waited for a response het took a bite of the rabbit. He savoured each moutful, chewing slowly before swallowing. His ears rolled fowards at her response. Well...he should have expected what a warrior should do today...But he was curious. Afterall he did miss his warrior
duties, when he was one of course. He nodded in response with a small chuckle. "I see..Well honestly im not quite sure what ill do today. I did think about takeing a stroll in the territory. No reason to be be cooped up in camp!"

Woke up late? Now there's a dream! "No worries, many are up late this morning-" Is purred reassuringly, "I doubt anything has been called, but... I'll be honest I don't pay attention to what's behind me, typically. "

He smiles at the she-cat, eyes warm, "I apologize, but I don't know. " Is responded. "I'm certain that there will be a patrol or two, and probably a hunting party too." He quickly takes a bite of the once yellow bird; and swallows (barely chewing). "Perhaps RiverSplash would want to join you." Is offered sleepily - after all he was up all night! (Although it was a quiet night...)

The he-cat nods his head at the elder who joins them and smiles again, "Good morning, RiverSplash, good morning FalconsEye." Again, his voice is warm - if sleepy. But, this IS his routine, his guard duties end, he grabs something to drink, makes dirt, returns to camp and gets something to eat and TRIES to socialize with his clanmates. And why is he there the whole night guarding? Because there just aren't enough cats in the clan! If he guards then they are safe. Soon his yellow feathered bird is gone, but he doesn't rise - instead he enjoys the sunlight and the company. It isn't often he has company. And surely he can stay up just a little longer?

"Thank you LightningStrike" LeafCloud mewed gratefully as she turned to RiverSplash. "RiverSplash would you like to go on a hunt with me? I heard the mice have overrun the forest today," the she-cat joked. As she got up, LeafCloud asked: "Perhaps we can find a few other warriors to join us, the more the merrier!" The calico looked around for cats that looked alert and not busy, cats she could go with if RiverSplash wasn't available.

(hey do we have to ask the leader/deputy to create a hunting group?)

She was glad that he accepted the gift… not that it was really a gift. Even now as a warrior, she liked to make sure that the elders were fed first. It was a habit from her apprenticehood that she had never quite lost so when she saw the opportunity to offer up food, she did. “I’d be more than willing to accompany you if you’d like.” A nice stroll could do her well. “Maybe if you’re feeling up to it, we could do a bit of hunting together.” Elders were not invalids or anything of the sort, and often times they could still hunt, they just didn’t need to. Either way, she would leave it up to him.

Seeing that LightningStrike was dozing off and RiverSplash was deep in a conversation, LeafCloud decided to talk to some other cats as she didn't want to disturb the group behind her. She walked towards the center of camp, wondering who she should talk to first. It seemed like LightningStrike was correct though, as not many cats were roaming camp.

(anyone who needs someone to talk to to start their story can talk to me :3. also, is RiverSplash taking to me as well?)

The male bowed his head accepting the offer with a smile. "I whould love to accompany you"His ears swirled fowards at the mention of a hunt. His response to her was deep rumbling purr. "That sounds like a wonderful idea!" His attention shifted towards the two other warriors. "Ah good morning Leafcloud,LightningStrike."

The she cat strode out of the den and streched, when seeing the other warrior. With a bounce in her step she walked over. "HI! she greeted with a bit too mutch enthusiasm. She had so mutch energy and it needed to be spent! "Are you looking for someone?"
