As the dogs rushed in, rosepaw untensed and focused on their movements, and where they WOULD be, not where they WERE.
She steadied her shaking paws and stood lightly, hissing quietly at the dogs rushing into the camp.

Ravenpaw tensed as the dog snapped its jaws at him. realizing it was close his battle instinct kicked in. unsheathing his claws he raised his hackles hissing. "bring it mutt." he growled then dashed forward sliding underneath him he used his claws to tear at the dogs belly

One of the dogs burst into camp, snarling viscously, and running straight towards the first line of warriors.

Rosepaw:
She trembled at the size of the monstrous brute.

Breezepaw smirked, immediately dropping into a battle crouch. He wiggled his haunching, almost as if he was taunting the dogs to attack him.

Squirrelpaw shot up out of her nest, hearing distant barking. "Dog! Dogs are coming!" She raced out of the apprentice den to see most of the clan waiting to greet them already. "Oh ah..never mind."

Fernheart carefully slid out from between Bluekit and Shinekit, making sure not to wake them. "It's okay, I'll guard the nursery. No dog'll get past me." Fernheart mewed, padding up beside Rosepaw.

Shinekit whimpered in terror as she heard the loud barking in the camp.

The dog burst into the clearing, much ahead of the others((save some for ki-neko)), slavering at the mouth, and glared at the warriors.
