Bluekit felt soothed by the queens' kindness. He yawned and lied down beside his new mother.

Nightsound was confused. "Why would she try anything at all? This was once her clan before."

Cloverpaw was shaking fearfully beside Squirrelpaw. "M-maybe she wants revenge!" she squeaked. But deep inside she wanted Duskfire to come, so she could claw out her eyes and make crowfood out of her. Then she blinkned in surprise to these violent feelings. She wasn't violent. Bemused she stopped shivering.

Slypaw felt his claws flex refectively. "Just let her and that murderer try!" he hissed under his breath. "I'll make sure they turn into crowfood if it's the last thing I do!"

Bramblepaw watched the kits mewl and felt really bad for them.

Brokenheart, the old elder, glanced at Slypaw from where he sat. He seemed so familiar to him, not in feature but rather in personality.

Rushingfur was shocked ot say the least.

Owlscreech padded towards Diamondpaw. "Here take these for shock, then I want you to rest," he mewed to the small apprentice handing her some calming herbs.

Cherrypaw felt herself bristle slightly as she thought about Duskfire. "I'd like to claw her ears off!" she hissed. "No one messes with my family and gets away with it!" she hissed.

Skyleaf felt worried for her daughter and wrapped her tail around Diamondpaw. "It'll be alright, everything will work itself out."

Hawkspirit sighed. "ust head back to camp and get some rest. we will do more tomorrow." he called.

Bellaclaw sighed. "you are the only one with milk. if only..." she started then shook her head. "Fernheart will be your new mother little ones. she looked at Fernheart. "i think we should tell them what happened when they are old enough." she mewed

Spiritstar looked at Nightsound. "because she is angry. She doesn't like Diamondpaw's name she is angry that her mother died protecting the ktis and Skyleaf."

Diamondpaw nodded eating the herbs she groaned. "can i talk to you after th meeting" she mewed to him.

"I agree," Fernheart mewed immediatly. "They shouldn't live in a lie. They'll need to know who their real mother is." Fernheart layed down in her nest, picking up Shinekit and Bluekit and placing them at her stomac. "Shh little one's, it's okay. Come here and drinking some milk."

"Duskfire wouldn't be stupid enough to even attempt to walk into SunClan. She probably knows by now she has a huge target on her back, walking into our territory, she'll have the whole clan on her in seconds." Squirrelpaw assured, thinking reasonably.

Breezepaw walked through the camp entrance, blinking at the huge group of cats in the camp clearing. "What's happened?" He mewed to the closest cat to him, Ravenpaw.

Owlscreech, paused in his grooming for a moment and nodded. "Of course, Diamondpaw." he mewed softly.

Cherrypaw sat down beside her sister, when Pantherpaw padded up beside them. "What happened?" Demanded, his yellow eyes flashing.

Jungleclaw felt a stirring in his pelt and looked up at Spiritstar. "The murderer? Did you all at least sniff the wounds? We couldn have been able to tell which clan is had come from if it even came from a clan at all at least!" he mewed.

Bramblepaw sat next to Breezepaw and Ravenpaw. "Duskfire's mad and is out for revenge against Diamondpaw!" he hissed. His fur bristled at the thought. "I'd like to claw at her hide! Blizzardmask, Oasisclan medicne cat, was killed by a murderer too!"

Bluekit and Shinekit suckled obediently, enjoying the comfort Fernheart gave them.

Hollowflight waited for his mate to come online speak.

Ravenpaw looked at him. "Blizzardmask was murdered. and Duskfire is after my sister." he growled the last part

Bellaclaw hissed. "i will take care of that good for nothing she-cat if she steps a paw here."

Soulgaze looked over at Bellaclaws kindness and smiled, he watched her and saw she was longing to have kits, he nodded and decided, he had to ask now or she would move on to another tom

"Duskfire? Didn't she used to live in SunClan?" Breezepaw asked, trying to remember exactly who Duskfire was. "Oh EonClan! Does any cat know who killed Blizz?"

"Right now, I think the best thing to do is double the patrols, and keep on guard. Also, I think we should train as much as possible, apprentices as well as warriors. Hunting and battle training are equally important at this point. And with Duskfire as a new threat to add to the clan, we'll just have to watch our back." Squirrelpaw mewed, her voice echoing throughout the camp.

Ravenpaw nodded. "yeah she was Diamondstar's daughter." he mewed.

Diamondpaw shook her head. "why me?" she mewed to herself.

Spiritstar looked at Squirrelpaw. "thank you for doing my job Squirrelpaw." he mewed "i have given my orders and tonight i will send a patrol of three cats. does anyone want to volunteer?" he mewed.

Bellaclaw looked at the kits one last time and padded towards Soulgaze. "i am glad Fernheart still has some milk left"
