Mei-Xing
Mei-Xing lazed in her den, looking out of the entrance at the beautiful world. She saw many beautiful things; a pink butterfly floating in midair, as if dancing; A shaft of sunlight entering through a hole in the roof, making the floor look as if it had a spot of gold on it; Yet another thing was a pretty little green leaf that had fallen off of a branch and, by chance, had fluttered in through the den's door. She stared at the bright object, contemplating its beauty. "It is a shame it will be shriveled up in almost no time at all." She said in her smooth, quiet voice.
Asani
Asani sat happily in the sunny clearing that was the Velocity Tribe's camp. He hummed a little tune, keeping time by twitching his tail from side to side. He thought it was a great day; the sun was shining, it was just the temperature that suited him, and there were plenty of cute females in his tribe to flirt with if he wished. Yes, it was a great day! Smiling, he swatted away a fly that had flown too near him for his liking with his left paw. "Little guy didn't know what hit him!" Asani said with a laugh, his amber eyes gleaming with contentment. "Yup. I struck fast as a lightning bolt."
I really fear
That love, my dear,
Is very hard to find.
And while I've been searching for it,
I think I've lost my mind.
