Ashstar sighed as he slowly walked out of the leader's den. He saw Heatherpelt come out of the den. "Hello Heatherpelt." he said softly as he looked at her with happy eyes. She gave him a polite nod and walked over to the fresh kill pile. I hate being mute... she thought with a sigh.

Sunblaze walked over to Heatherpelt, "Would you like to go hunting with me?" Shes the prettiest she-cat in the whole clan! It doesn't matter if she can't talk!

Otterleap slowly looked around for Ashstar. I really would like to spend some time with him...

Heatherpelt looked at Sunblaze and slowly blinked. She then nodded and got up and nodded.

Ashstar then looked at Otterleap and smiled. "Hello Otterleap." he said as he grinned.

Sunblaze smiled, "Where would you like to go?"

Otterleap blushed, "I was just wondering if you wanted to patrol with me or something." she stammered, trying to look him in his beautiful eyes.

Heatherpelt shrugged. I honestly don't care. she thought as she looked out of camp, then looked back at Sunblaze.

Ashstar looked at Otterleap and smiled. "Sure." he said as he looked outside of camp. "I heard Sunblaze was taking Heatherpelt out hunting. So should we patrol the border?" he asked her curiously.

Sparrowheart sorted through herbs, expertly discarding any old or dried leaves from the piles.

Lionclaw stalked restlessly back and forth in camp. He longed to sink his claws into something.

Dreamkit sat outside the Nursery, looking up innocently at the sky. Her thoughts were much darker then her appearance, however.
