Azrael looks back smiling at Kriss. She pulls on the reins, bringing Runningdeer to a slow trot.

Soul sighed as she hung her head outside the stall. "I think they might hurt mommy. She was almost tamed once by humans. they tighted her to a pole and didn't feed her for 3 days and 3 night. no food or water. that is why she hates humans. Most of them hurt others and do stuff like that but there are some nice one. I wanted to tell her but I didn't get the chance." soul sighed.

Spirit snorted as she shook her head and grazed gently keeping a look out for anyone or anything.

Nicole went and got hugo from the pasture. she took him to his stall beside soul. "hey ther little one." she said softly. she took her hat of and pulled her dirty blonde hair into a messy bun. she groomed hugo again, and tack him up. She went down to the trail and began riding. She nudged him with her foot softly and he took of at a cater. after a while she pushed him into a gallop. She galloped past kriss and azreal, but she didn't say anything to them. she continued down the trail.

Spirit heard galloping but continued to graze only looking up and moving out of the way incase they came her way. she then bent back down and began to graze once more.

Nicole pulled Hugo to a stop. she led him over to a quiet clearing and tie him to a low lying branch. she walked around to her saddle bag and pulled out her sketch pad and a pencil, and went and sat under a tree and began drawing. she sketched hugo. Not noticeing that spirit was not far away from her. when she did notice, she flipped to a new page, and began sketching spirit, being quiet so she would't scare her.

Spirit flicked her ears as she looked up hearing a noise. She noticed nicole but it wasn't that. she looked down at her pack seeing a mountain lioness was attacking. She reared up getting it's attention as it charged at her. she snorted and rammed her hooves into it's head knocking it to the ground but it still came back at her jumping at her and clawing the side of her neck. she reared up once more and slammed into knocking it down and causing it to run off.

Nicole hear something growl. she saw Spirit charge at something. She jumped up and ran to the spot spirit was, she saw the moutain lion getting closer to the herd of horses down below. Nicole couldn't do anything. al she could do was watch.
