Lion opened both eyes and looked at her. "My can openers died," he said not sounding sad at all. "Now i live with a big craby black dog named Shadow," he purred his emerald eyes shinning.

"I have been living alone for so long, do you think I could stay with you? I won't be a nuisance." Feather promised.

Lion smiles. "You bet!" he purred loudly.

Lion purred. "You should coem meet Shadow!" he said and bounded down the hill and round the corner following shadow's scent.

Shadow pawed at a pillow in a old run down house where him and Lion stay. where is that good for nothing cat! he growled.
