and any land territory. all
hunting is done in the rivers
and lakes and flooding occurs
annually.

Ravenbreeze is sitting beside the waterfall, watching the sun come up on a new day. He looked back at his sleeping clan and felt a swell of excitement about what the day would bring. Living here was difficult, but rewarding. Any task he accomplished made him feel even better knowing most cats couldn't survive a harsh environment like this. His pupils widened with the sunrise.

Mistyshine was curled up in her bed, dreaming. In her dream, she could see her mother. She hadn't seen her mother in a long time, since she died many seasons ago. It was hard to look at her, Mistyshine could feel almost a choking feeling in her chest. It hurt, but she couldn't help feeling comforted. She moved towards her mom, and as soon as she placed her paw on the ground, her mom faded away, blowing away like smoke in the wind. Mistyshine startled awake, breathing hard.
