Acornpaw laid in his bed, tail resting on his muzzle as he curled up around himself as tight as he could. He was one of the lucky ones. Both he and his mentor had survived and he was grateful for that. He didn't have to get a whole new mentor, despite the fact that he had been the Moorclan medicine cat apprentice for five long moons. He knew he wasn't nearly ready to become a full-time medicine cat. There was always something else to learn. And he was ready to learn. He was also anxious for the upcoming future. With all three clans combined, how will cats from Timberclan and Rushclan feel about him healing them, and providing for them? Would they get mad at him? Would they hate him and refuse his help?

Applecloud lay next to his sister, Harestream. He was very protective of her, and with all the clans gathered together now, he was extremely anxious and was ready to pounce if any cat made a go at his sister, or even at one of his clanmates. While he knew Thunderheart was on guard duty, and Applecloud trusted his deputy with his life, he refused to fall asleep, keeping one eye on his sister, the other on the three clans.

Crowmist on the other hand had no issues with the other clans. While the clans themselves may not get along all that great, they had to rely on each other now, whether they liked it or not. Their survival depended on it. Besides, he never had any problems with Rushclan and Moorclan cats. The tom cat had woken up pretty early, but struggled to fall back asleep. Instead of laying about where he was, Crowmist stretched, legs extending as he stood up. Walking away from the pile of cats around him, he found a quieter, more open space, to shake his fur out, looking around at his new sleeping clanmates.

Softflurry turned where she lay, meaning to turn over to the other side when she collided with a soft pile of fur. Right, Weaselflight... The elder had forgotten that the tom cat had brushed up next to her to sleep. Despite the conflict that had occurred between the cats, she and Weaselflight had always been close. They had always sat together during gatherings and always talked whenever they had the chance. When they had to flee their homes, Softflurry had lost her elder companion, Widowfrost, who had been her eyes since Weaselflight couldn't be there, but now that the clans had come together to survive, she war reunited with her old friend, who had stepped into Widowfrost's pawsteps and became her eyes in her place. While Softflurry was still grieving Widowfrost's life, she was glad she had Weaselflight next to her, keeping her distracted as well as comforting her. That's when she felt Weaselflight lick her ear. To the best of her abilities, the she-cat batted her paw and what she thought was the tom's face, claws sheathed, but ended up just barely missing his ear, hissing as she heard her friend laugh at her.

Weaselflight let out a soft mrrow of amusement as Softflurry basically rolled on top of him. Licking her ear, he grinned at her, earning a huff of. Despite all that's gone down lately, he was happy to be here with her. Not like that though. He didn't like Softflurry. Not like that at least. She was his best friend. Besides, he liked toms, and had no interest in being with a she-cat. Weaselflight chuckled as Softflurry swatted at his ear, missing, which earned him a hiss from his fellow elder.
