life in willowclan has always been a thrill to the felines who call their little forest home. they
reside in a vast meadow, tucked away in a quiet little forest safe from many dangers of the w
orld, including two-legs. here the clan has lived for generation upon generation, but the peac
efulness of the meadow is about to change. when owlwatcher became deputy of the clan, an
illness arose. the clan had no idea what caused it and couldn't predict who would it get. the c
lan deemed this a bad omen sent by the stars above, for their leader's choosing of owlwatche
r, but the leader did nothing about it. soon enough, the leader himself fell ill. the medicine c
ats pleaded to starclan along with the rest of the clan to send them help, a sign or anything t
hat could help their clan - but the stars remained silent. until the leader passed away. that w
as when the message was sent - not to the medicine cats, but their young leader. words of a
prophecy. but things only get worse it seems, the illness beginning to take the lives of more
and more cats. somehow willowclan must get to the bottom of this illness - whether they s
ucceed or not is another matter. but one thing still remains: if they don't find the answer s
oon the clan will perish and willowclan will be all but a memory, the meadow haunted by t
he souls of those of meadowclan themselves.

territory

willowclan resides in a peaceful meadow, tucked away in a vast forest. the meadow is rather large,
with the occasional rolling hill here and there. a few streams cut through the meadow, which serves
as the clan's water source. the forest is a bit of a distance from the clan, so a majority of hunting is
done in the meadow.

prey and threats

willowclan's main source of prey is rabbits, birds, squirrels, and rodents. snakes can also be prey,
but a considered a threat majority of the time, especially toward young apprentices and kits. fish
are also occasional prey, caught at one of the many streams. wolves, birds of prey, and as stated
before snakes are the main predators, and the rare but not unheard of two-legs though this is
extremely rare.

season and weather

new-leaf is here, and the flowers are in bloom. the beautiful songs from the sparrows can also be heard,
the distant chatter of squirrels, and rabbits can be seen playing in the meadow. its nice weather for the
time being, not too warm and not too cool. the occasional breeze is welcoming, and it is shortly after
dawn though the clan isn't as welcoming to the morning as they had been previously.

prophecy

"one's illness cannot be cured by herbs or by the paws of starclan. the only cure is the clan itself. once
one finds the cure, among the clan the illness shall pass, but only in the eyes of said clan."
