Rosestar's ears pressed flat against her skull and she gritted her teeth in frustration. It was obvious her attempts to hide the situation from the apprentices had failed, but it wasn't fair of her to lose her cool with them. She took a deep breath before speaking again. "Beepaw, that's a great idea! Why don't you go ask if Petalstorm needs any herbs while we're out as well?" She tried to push her apprentice's bad attitude to the back of her mind as she watched him leave to wake Rainpaw. It is quite early still and I'm not sure how late he stayed up. He must be tired. I should let him rest a bit after the patrol.

Flowerfoot? Missing? Wasppaw had known the warrior since she was a kit, and had spent the past few moons as her apprentice, and this was oddly out of character for her mentor to suddenly go missing. She would have wanted to join Ferretwing and Harrierheart, but before she could protest Ferretwing had already went to one direction of the camp, and Beepaw in another. Wasppaw sighed, and ultimately decided to follow her brother. As she stood at the entrance of the den, she heard Rosestar ask her apprentice to go see Petalstorm. "I'll save my brother the trouble and go find Petalstorm myself" she said with her usual snarky tone, stopping by Rosestar on her way around. She trotted to the medicine den and peered into the entrance. "Petalstorm! Petalstorm!" she called. No answer. "Petalstorm? Wigeonpaw? Is anyone in here?" she called again, her tail now swishing nervously.

xxThe deputy was asleep in the warriors' den when the light touch of a paw and a voice woke him up. He blinked his eyes open and got to his paws, shaking dry moss off of his pelt as he listened to what Ferretwing was saying. "Flowerfoot?" he replied, glancing over at the empty nest that the grey warrior had been asleep in as ThunderClan had tucked in for the night. Harrierheart couldn't help but notice that it was strange for someone to leave like that. Usually, the only cat that ever left camp alone was the medicine cat, but considering she had an apprentice, it was rather rare.

xx"Let's go. The quicker we find her, the better." He padded into the clearing, seeing his clanmates talking and milling about in the morning sun. He watched Wasppaw go to the medicine cat den before turning to Ferretwing at the camp entrance. "Do you have any idea where she would have gone?"

ferretwing shook his head as the two walked out of the camp, leaving behind the buzzing camp. he hadn’t seen flowerfoot since he had settled in for the night, having last seen her asleep in her nest as he himself was fallingb asleep. the tom opened his mouth to scent the air, trying to see if flowerfoot’s scent was in the air. he caught wind of the missing she-cats scent, mixed with...

“petalstorm..?” he muttered, surprised to pick up the medicine cat’s scent mingled with flowerfoot. he glanced at harrierheart, confusion crossing his face.

“it seems flowerfoot and petalstorm were out here together,” he mewed, “maybe they went for a walk together?”

Right or Wrong we'll have to see...

Rosestar shifted on top of the rock, she could feel a few glares up at her. Just moments ago she reported the bodies that were found, and that it was most likely a member of their own clan that did this. Taking a breath, she continued. "As such, we must see if anyone has any suspects or proof they would like to share."
Ferretwing put up a tentative "Wasppaw?" Wasppaw and Beepaw nodded at each other before shouting, "Rosestar did it!" The other cats looked stunned at them, before Widgeonpaw walked up to their side. "I think it's Rosestar as well." 3 cats, including a cat with connection with Starclan, voted out Rosestar, and the survivors started to climb up to get Rosestar out. Frightened, Rosestar left and went on to live the life of a loner, living a nomadic life and using the skills she learnt in her clan.

Harrierheart is to be the new leader.
Ferretwing is to be the deputy.
Due to not enough cats, Beepaw and Wasppaw have been renamed as warriors Waspstrike and Beestripe. (If you would like a different suffix PM me.)
