C a c t u s s t a r ’ s words caused Ragwortgaze’s ears to prick, angling towards his leader and his friend. His pale green eyes flicked to Ravenfeather. Mossyshadow, he thought. That’s the only reason she’d come along. He worried for Ravenfeather’s mental stability, her sister being back on the territory. Her friendship meant a lot to him and he nodded his head in response to Cactusstar’s question. “Of course I’ll come along. Just give me a moment.”
He caught the tom’s eye from across the clearing - he looked like he was heading out of camp. He waved Minkbelly over with his tail, and the pale gray-brown tom trotted over. “Minkbelly - would you mind staying in camp until I or Cactusstar get back? I don’t want to leave it unattended.”
“Of course!” Minkbelly purred. The tom dipped his head and padded back towards the warriors’ den, and Ragwortgaze turned back to the rest of the group. “I’m ready when you are.”

She had so many questions for the outsider, but since he was unable to talk, she had to take her time deciding how to ask them. Finally, the ginger tabby decided that yes or no questions that could be handled with simple body language would be best. “Did you come from far away?” She asked the loner. Rosepaw cast a glance back at Monarchpaw to see if he were as interested as she was.

“Of course!” Minkbelly purred, dipping his head. As the deputy turned back to the group, the tom padded towards the warriors’ den. He wouldn’t mind some company - perhaps someone was sleeping late. On his way there, he noticed Duckstep coming in, apparently from the hunt. As she settled herself into a corner of the cave, Minkbelly trotted towards her. “Hey, Duckstep! Good hunting today?”

"Familiar or not, no outsiders are allowed in the territory. If you're an outsider and get caught by a patrol, you're bound to get attacked if you show hostility." Mossyshadow stated, hopping onto a stone that lead into the cropping. The soft drip-drop of water was comforting to the she-cat as she lapped the water that collected into a pool in the back of said cave. "In case cats were to come, there is a back entrance to go through as long as that big rock can be moved." She murmured, pointing her tail to the opposite side of the area. The cropping was homely but it wasn't the warriors' den. It had everything she needed: Water, a higher ledge above the side entrance to sleep, and a hole in the top where she slept so she could try to find Silverpelt.

Hearing Palesnow's mrrow of amusement, he huffed and looked away from her. As he did, the scent of prey grew strong. A thought crossed his mind almost immediately. Mapleheart did tell me that flushing prey out from their burrows guaranteed success but was it true? Streamstone's tail gently sweeped the ground. "I may have a way to guarantee a successful hunt." He murmured.

The tom was relaxed now and he followed after the others, wondering if he'd ever run into these mysterious wild cats again.. Though it was probably best that he didn't since they probably wouldn't show mercy the second time. He noticed the younger cats in the group were curious about them and began asking questions. Kioshi looked over at Rosepaw and nodded a 'yes' to her question, after-all he had been traveling for months and he wasn't even sure if he could find his way to his birthplace anymore. He then looked over at the younger tom who asked if he had a name, well of course he did! But it didn't matter since they'd never know. The tom flicked his ear and nodded a 'yes' to that question as well.

The she-cat stopped in front of the large rock and waited for her apprentice to catch up. "Now this will probably look ridiculous on the rock but believe me, using this move on a larger foe is powerful." The she cat then leapt up on top of the rock and held onto it with her sharp claws. "When you're on the enemies back then you're out of range of their danger zone. This puts you in prime position to do some damage." The she-cat then did some mock slashes and bites to the large grey foe before letting go and falling off the rock onto her back. "Just watch for the drop and roll counter. Don't wanna get squished!" She hopped up and flicked her tail. "Now try it!"

Creamflower nods at Fawnpounce and follows him as they escort the loner out of the territory. She notices Monarchpaw and Rosepaw asking him questions and rolls her eyes, realizing how curious they are about him. "Lets not try to overwhelm him you two." she gently reminded them. "I understand you are curious, but we dont want this loner to feel uncomfortable."

"nobody is attacking anyone." cactusstar would let ravenfeather lead the small patrol out of camp and outside of the cave. "however hostility is matched." succulentclan warriors are trained to focus on finishing fights, not starting them.

monarchpaw wouldn't ask any more questions, most of them would end up unanswered anyways. not like they needed to know who he was. if kioshi was lucky, they wouldn't run into him again on their territory. monarchpaw did wonder how many loners lived around this area.

R a g w o r t g a z e was quiet as Ravenfeather and Cactusstar discussed how they would handle Mossyshadow’s reappearance. His whiskers twitched curiously at the mention of another cat - it was unexpected, but hopefully they would peacefully leave the territory. Anyway you look at it, Mossyshadow was a traitor to the Clan, after all - she had abandoned the Clan and their customs in grief. There was no excuse for leaving SucculentClan behind, unfortunately, and Mossyshadow couldn’t expect any warrior’s pity. The tabby-and-white tom let his tail rest comfortingly on Ravenfeather’s flank. “I’m sure nothing bad will happen,” he murmured softly.
